The property is one I will not stay at again. As soon as we pull up, we are trying to figure out how to get to the parking and we were immediately met by a yelling man that seemed to be security. He was literally at our driver door window pretty much yelling in our faces. Once we parked, I headed in to check in. Check in was fine, not much of a hassle. We had reservations for a suite with 2 queen beds and the sofa bed. We walk into our hotel room and we find only 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds. The bed was the only one that had a full set of blankets and sheets and pillows. The sofa beds did not come with any extra sheets, we had to go ask for bed essentials. The couches on the sofa beds were ripped all over, a lot of stains on them. Because of the nature of sofa beds, I had no other choice than to get a separate room at Circus Circus to accommodate those that were going to sleep in the supposed second queen bed. It was what I was trying to avoid but I had no choice and had to reserve a room. Experience was ok, first time for everything but I most likely will never be staying here again. There were only 2 things I did appreciate which was that it was dog friendly, for a pet fee of course and it was close to the casinos. Those were the only 2 things I liked at this location.

Awesome staff, clean, quiet, full kitchen with oven. Great place for a night, vacation, or short term to find a home.They are respectful and understanding. They make sure your stay is what you wanted. I love this property.Rooms: Clean and comfyNearby activities: Casinos, restaraunts, meseums, rivers, parks.Walkability: You can get anywhere walking.

The rooms need an upgrade it’s noisy. And you can hear the equipment shake. And the heater and ac don’t work. You can hear the neighbors. The church bell ringing every 30 mins is annoying. And parking is horrible. There’s not a lot of kitchen utensils.

This place was absolutely disgusting. When we arrived, the bed was so dusty and had a lot of hair. We requested new sheets and blankets and all they had were sheets. The carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty, EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY. WE FOUND BED BUGS ON THE BED AND TOWELS.

Definitely not the hotel we would have picked had we had a choice, so I don't want to be critical of the gift we received to attend our niece's wedding.The staff was very kind, accommodating & we always felt taken care of.The rooms were outdated, small & had old furniture but they appeared clean.Amenities were just OK as the pool was small & indoor w/ no hot tub. There was a sauna but it took too long to warm up. The kids loved the mini golf but it was falling apart which caused a tripping hazard @ times. From a kid's perspective, the gaming room was great too.The parking garages were tight & as a big car guy, I could only fit our Yukon in 2 out of the 3.Location had to be the only plus for what we needed to do. It was 20mins from Scheels, 20mins from the golf course venue & 20mins from the family's reception dinner.Ultimately, we felt safe & it served its purpose.Walkability: Close enough to walk to good downtown restaurants.

This is a hidden gem of a spot. The only downside is the cramped strange parking but other that that, it was the cleanest room, super accommodating staff, and overall a great time!

Staff are nice. The rooms are outdated and dont really look like any picture 9n their website. Very very loud as there does not seem to be any insulation in the floors, ceilings, and walls. The old heating/cooling system will only allow for one or the other. Currently it is warm outside without anyway to cool the room off. Windows have a stop on them so can only be opened a couple of inches. One if the parking levels has missing concrete so that the rebar shows!!! The resort is in a great location just wished it was not so run down!

I chose this place for its location primarily. It's close to downtown Reno and all the amenities it provides. But not so close that the noise and the homeless issue is a problem. Because no one likes to be constantly hit up for money when entering and exiting their hotel. This place also offers great amenities of its own. With a game room, outdoor putting green, BBQ area, small gym, and an indoor pool and sauna. The entire building has secure entry. With your key card required to enter the main property. As well as two covered parking areas. The staff are truly accommodating and friendly. And the rooms are better than most you'll find, with the exception of the casinos, I guess. But I prefer to stay away from the casinos. All rooms provide a small kitchen, and all necessary items are provided. The bathrooms are good size, and all soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided as well. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. Overall, it's one of the best places I've ever stayed in the Reno and Sparks area. Highly recommend it.Noteworthy details: There is no restaurant or room service available. But there are many great restaurants not that far away. So this isn't an issue for myself at least.

The sheets on bed had a couple of holes the chairs were slightly rip. The worst part was the musty odor from the shower curtain and hair that was on the shower head. I have a receipt that shows that taxes and fees were paid for. We asked for the shower curtain to be exchanged when we got back shower curtain was not n a chair. We're we expected to change it?

It is supposed to be a smoke-free property except that the whole place smells like a casino. The rooms and beds smelled like dirt and smoke. The shower was the size of a small toddler with no water pressure. The staff was rude and snotty. The beds are at least 20 yrs old. All of the photos online had to have been taken with a filter. My recommendation is to pick a different place to stay

Too bad you can hear a normal conversation next door - so much that if they want to bicker or raise voices late or early, you’re not getting sleep. Loved that they keep the old sets of kitchens and wares clean. Loved the staff who were always patient and kind. The bed felt like it was crumbling. Gangsters moved in next door with their own stereo cranked, ruining everything. I couldn’t stay, and only got a deposit back; that’s how it works, I get it… but it shouldn’t. It’s not my fault and cops should be called if I complain (which I did). Too bad thugs like that help each other or “gang” up, and typically have weapons, I would have loved to call them out in my prime, one on one. Of course they are cowards, that’s why the gang. Anyway.. this place has immense potential. Raise the price just a little, put that back into beds and two walls at a time with Rockwool insulation, warn customers they will be evicted if noisy.. and you’ve really got something.
