Stole my wife’s rifle. I bought my wife her first rifle,and it was a Citadel Lever action. She use to fire lever actions with her grandfather,and liked the tactical approach to it. Unfortunately I failed to check the crown when we picked it up and it was an embarrassing time for all manufacturers In manufacturing history because as you can see how does that even happen? She sent in for the warranty repair,and they told us they just don’t have barrels they can send out ,and it would take months for a replacement. I had a local gunsmith ready to fix it on my dime,and they refused to send my wife’s gun back after they said they would. They wouldn’t even send her rifle back without the barrel they said it was a liability issue. We were told she had to sign a form,and was willing because the company is obviously a joke and we just wanted something back. It is now 6 months later my wife has yet to see anything not even an apology not even a replacement of a different firearm not even her own rifle that I paid for back or a damn check for the gun . I told my wife the day she sent it back she would never see anything in regards to that rifle back and I can’t believe I was right. This is 2023 and a company just flat out robs customers. Darren Norcross is the person we are dealing with and it just feels like it’s a common practice for him to just rob people. Anyone who buys anything and because of how this company operates it will have an issue DO NOT SEND THEM THE FIREARM BITE THE BULLET AND HAVE IT REPAIRED ON YOUR DIME!!

Contacted customer service regarding choke tube style for the Pointer 4 20 Gauge. Got a response within 15 minutes to tell me it is the berretta mobil system. They said they would send me a few tubes as a Christmas gift. Michael in customer service was professional and seemed willing to help. Hoping the gun works as advertised.

Wow. What a great company. I had an issue with my purchase and called their support line and Michael answered and said "You are all good, I have your choke tubes on their way" without any problems. God I love this company. They are super nice and have the greatest service for any shotgun company I have ever delt with.

I must say, I've been having some issues with my shotgun ever since I bought it. When I tried messaging customer service, the way they handled my situation was unprofessional. After I told them I was unhappy, Ilsa did step up and addressed the issue properly and was able to talk to the blacksmith and get me a replacement part. I really appreciate it. I test fired the shotgun and I've had the same issue again where the ejector retaining pin popped out and was bent, rendering the shotgun inoperable. I really hope someone can create a market for extra parts to be replaced since I'm at the point of wanting to fix the shotgun myself.

As others have stated. I purchased a FT4 shotgun for my wife as a Christmas gift and she has never been able to fire it since the gun doesn’t cycle properly. Was sent in for repair and told the maximum turn around time would be 120 days. Now we are almost 6 months into it and still no shotgun or updates from the company. Terrible customer service compared to other Turkish import brands I’ve dealt with.

From looking at their Website they seem to cover all the bases with Shooting Trap, Skeet and Sporting Clay's and Big Game Hunting Season all around the World! When I am able to feel and use a Legacy then I will Re-Rate my Evaluation to possibly 5 Stars!

Called about a long action magazine issue and guess what, the guy on the phone was rude as could be, said there’s no warranty on magazines and that only 60% of them will work from the factory. Stay away from them for your BDL conversion. Find another company, STAY AWAY.

I Like my Pointer shotgun, works well, fits me, can shoot it well, but...parts availibility are questionable. Legacysports either will not respond or quits responding to inquires about availibility and price of parts. Not good!

I purchased a drop in magazine kit, I installed it in my Remington 30.06 BUT when Cycle the bolt the round ejects too early! The magazine is not for my Remington BDL 30.06 evidently. When the round ejects from the magazine it's too quick and does not Cycle into the chamber! Text them three times; the response was the message could not be received! Tried to call no response!I guess I'm out $ 125.00 you do your own research. Good luck.

Do NOT buy from this companyI Purchased a Citadel (PAT) Pump Action 12ga item number FRPAT1220 on 7/20/2021.Out of the box, the shotgun would not feed a shell into the chamber. I immediately contacted Legacy Sports International. I was given a return authorization on 8/2/2021.I packed the shotgun back in its original packaging and returned it to Legacy. Per their email, they received the firearm on August 6th and stated that rework would be completed within 90-120 days.On 10/4/2021 I requested a status update via email. They immediately responded stating that due to shipping challenges and the pandemic, the return would take longer than expected but did not specify when it would be returned.On 11/18/2021 I inquired again about the status of my return. They then responded that my firearm was not delivered to the gunsmith until 8/24/2021 and that my 60-120 days were subject to the time of receipt by the gunsmith.On 12/30/2021 I inquired again. I also expressed my frustration with how this was going. On 1/4/2021 they responded that my firearm was being worked on by the gunsmith and I would be updated by the end of the week.On 1/27/2022 I emailed again looking for an update. I had not heard anything from Legacy. I also demanded a replacement rather than a repaired firearm. The customer support staff responded that they had reached out to "upper management" and authorized a replacement to be shipped.On 4/16/2022 I emailed Legacy to see if and when my replacement would be shipped. They responded that it was "delayed" once again and would not ship until June or July.Now 1 year after purchase the only things I have are empty promises in emails and frustrations.Do not purchase from this company.
