My tech did a great job on my nails. I love the color and shape of my nails. The best dipping I ever had before. Staff very very professional and friendly. Come and check it out, you will not be disappointed.

BEST SALON IN THE AREA! They will treat you like a friend, not just a customer. Every time I come in, I leave happy- always a successful visit. Great location for folks staying in the area.

Love this nail salon! I do SNS on my nails and gel on my toes. The SNS lasts about 3+ weeks, toes last 6 weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not be disappointed.

Used to go here all the time but Foxy Nails is so much better. They actually try and take their time unlike this place. I don’t know how many times I walked away with cut cuticles from one of their male techs. Never going back and not worth the money.

I really want to give Legacy more stars but I cannot. On one occasion I shared with the pedicurist that I like my nails very short and had to ask three times during the treatment to file them shorter - and did so in a very kind way - and he handed me the file and responded very rudely, "here, do it yourself!" I was absolutely astonished. I am not a difficult customer at all - unless requesting that my nails be trimmed to my liking is considered difficult - but I felt like I had to apologize for my request and was made to feel like I was imposing on the pedicurist.
On another occasion I had a manicure and the nail polish application was sloppy, with polish on the skin surrounding the nail bed and an uneven, streaky finish. Legacy did make good on this after sending pictures and I went back and had it redone.
More recently, I had a pedicure and noticed the price for a "basic" treatment increased by $6.00 from $35 to $41, and is labeled as a "Deluxe" pedicure. This was not a deluxe treatment or experience. I was rushed to get my feet in the luke warm water, and barely soaked for two minutes before the pedicurist arrived. Again, I expressed that I prefer short toenails but he never asked me how short, or trimmed one nail and showed it to me to ensure it's right. In fact, the nail length was not short enough and inconsistent across all ten toes. But after my previous experience I wasn't comfortable saying anything.
Furthermore, he did not use sterilized instruments, he did not clean around the nail bed, and did minimal cuticle work. He massaged my calves but not my feet. He did not scrub my heels, etc for more than 30 seconds per foot. In fact, my pedicure was done in just under 20 minutes! At $41 per pedicure, their getting $123 an hour, probably closer to $160 an hour after tips. Really????
I don't mind paying $41 but I do mind getting quick, lousy service. This was a "Deluxe" treatment at their self-proclaimed "Spa" but they rushed through the pedicure so fast I didn't even have time to relax. I expected more and feel ripped off.
I gave Legacy a chance but will not return. Even if they corrected these problems and gave the most incredible pedicure on the planet, I still would not return due to the single-use plastic liners they use in the foot tubs (instead of cleaning them after each use). The waste is unacceptable. Legacy, do our planet and yourselves a favor and please stop using these liners.

They don't do good work. And the staff is incredibly rude in fact they insulted me because they thought I took too long to choose the nail color but I actually went to the restroom and then after she was done complaining about doing the service for me she looked into my wallet when I opened it up and was expecting a bigger tip than I gave her was trying to auction off how much I was supposed to pay her for a tip because she saw how much was in my wallet

I always have gel or dip acrylic, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with these services. The sets grow out well and last a while. Their thorough cuticle prep goes a long way in making your hands look great.

The staff was very attentive and friendly as well. They are exactly what I showed a picture of. I can't say enough good things! I liked the feel of the atmosphere as well and prices are pretty good.

I came in to get a fresh set of plain white acrylics, and my tech suggested I add a little glitter on my ring finger to make it pop! They were so cute, and lasted over 3 weeks.

Honestly cannot recommend this salon. I paid $80.00 for a pedicure and gel manicure, 5 days ago. I was there for 2.5 hours and received the worest service ever. Today I returned to the salon to have nail polish removed. My nails are in worest shape as I have ever seen them. Inexperienced stylist, expensive, very disappointing. This is from a person who gets nails/ toes done every 4 weeks.

My daughter and I went here for the first time last week for pedis. We had an appointment, but were rushed in and out so fast, like we were squeezed in. The lady that did my daughters pedicure was so preoccupied with everyone coming in and what was going on in the salon (maybe owner/manager) that she barely did anything but a nail trim and gel polish change. She kept trying to get her to do a manicure after saying no. My lady just went through the motions, not even focusing at all on my rough heels from wearing sandals all the time. $102 for two pedis, one gel polish one regular polish. Never going back.

They BURNED my natural nails. If you file too fast it burns the clients nail. You lose the integrity of the business. The goal would be to have the utmost care for your client. I brought in a few friends in with me and they messed up everybody's nails. They misplaced a nail and still went on with the job even though it was crooked. When they pat down the gel its like a wave not even all. I do not recommend this place.
