Worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up and was gone. He deserves a raise!!

Went the extra mile and even vacuumed under it.

Richard was very knowledgeable and efficient and very good at training Derek. Both were delightful and found the problem. The only issue was that they weren’t able to fix the problem as they are only assigned to work on the appliance. So the issue was to replace the hose that went to the refrigerator. So I was still stuck with the problem and told I needed to hire a plumber.

Richard, our technician from Lake Appliance, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem with our washing machine . He was very easy to work with as he communicated with us clearly and promptly when we were out of town while he was working on it!
