Nice, clean, high end shop with a fair selection of shoes, dresses, jackets, pants and popular labels on their own racks. XL and plus woman pieces are few to none. If you try to consign here, items need to be very high end, dry cleaned and in pristine condition. All my items were rejected which was very humbling!

I had such a great experience at this consignment store. Let me tell you why I loved this. They have a lot of designer high end at very reasonable prices, the owner and the staff were all friendly and helpful without any feeling of pressure. Within minutes of walking in so was offered water or other drink options. The store is clean and the displays are nicely done and well organized. I found a couple things I have been looking for and one of the people who works there passed by with some white button downs and said she was just about to put them out for sale but asked if I wanted to look first. I bought one. I also bought a gorgeous classic coach handbag and a hat. I tried on a beautiful pair of blue leather Jason Wu pants that are currently in style. They also had an amazing LV handbag and some Celine and Chanel. Give this place a try if you have a passion for fashion. Good luck with your hunt!

Labels is my go-to for formal attire. I attend between 5-7 galas and balls for work over the course of the year and I've been able to get many of my dresses at Labels. Since we don't have any good options for formal attire in Reno (besides maybe Macys?), Labels has become my go-to. I'm often able to grab a formal dress for less than $100 and with minor alterations, it makes this a better option for me over using Rent the Runway. I always look through the other clothes while I'm in and have been able to grab great professional dresses and little black dresses--all at great prices and even sometimes with original tags still on. At this point I think almost all my professional/dressy attire is from Labels. The staff is usually pretty busy with other things but honestly this doesn't bother me. I want to come in, see what they have, try things on, and get out. Someone is always available to zip something up or down, and gut chuck me on fit and look. I don't ever feel overlooked or ignored. I find the ladies remember the things I've bought over my specific face and I like that too... like they have a connection to the clothes they're selling. If you're looking for formal attire, don't pass up labels... truly a gem in Reno.

This place should just call themselves a retail store, because it's the same prices as retail. Plus, everyone seemed to be stuck up and snoody there! Very unwelcoming if u aren't wearing name brand clothes, and u just want to browse. I don't recommend anyone going to labels!

Was totally lost and then "found" I entered to be warmly welcomed by the owner. Greeted by the staff gals and most essentially I felt comfortable, invited to shop and it was the end of their day. I wound up walking from our place to locate the coffee shop(which i never found) but left here with two pairs of beautiful shoes in phenomenal shape and my spirit filled with genuine goodness. What a great place with the most awesome selections and options for all sizes.From Top names to the norm they stock all colors, brands, sizes,I m ust say coming to the West Coast I didn't expect this level of concierge care and treatment and my! Was i surprised. It was A great venture walking into the stope and luckily finding sizes that fit as well as having my card to buy whatever my heart desired. When in Reno this is a MUST visit on the journey through Riverwalk. Similar to our NYC consignments although class act, clean, organized, fresh designs, newest styles and options for every shopper. Thanks Blythe, you make this place and your shop and team were phenomenal and made a difference in my New year -

Absolutely love Labels. This is my go-to boutique when I need a high quality, unique piece. I often shop here for special occasion dresses; NYE, holiday parties, etc... something that necessitates an eye-catching, festive outfit. I also recently brought some clothing in for resale. They accepted one of my pieces which sold in a few months, which made my most recent Labels haul hugely discounted!

The women that work in this shop are extremely kind and always dressed edgy and cool. They’re helpful but not pushy! Sometimes I stop in and don’t find anything I can’t live without, and other times I get far more than I needed. The clothes also smell/look clean and they don’t douse them in fragrances like many other boutiques.In response to the other reviews, I’ve visited this store completely dressed up, and I’ve been there dressed in t-shirts/sweats, yet they treat me the same every time! I’ve never felt negatively judged at this boutique.

Vanessa Barton posting here!I love this store. I absolutely hated shopping before finding this gem. Never was one to spend time in the department stores, but I can spend hours here. Every time I go to Labels, I find something (or more than one item).. I have never been disappointed with my trips to Labels and it is time I look forward to. All of the staff are wonderful women and I enjoy them so much. I never know what I am going to find and this is the only place I shop anymore. Highly recommend you check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love this place! When I first walked in I felt amazing knowing I was in such a great environment . The ladies there absolutely lovely ! There is so much to choose from. I will be going here for my needs of high end!

WAY overpriced for everything! I am surprised they have stayed open for as long as they have! There was nobody in there when I was there! I mean designer label or not, it is still secondhand items!! I didn’t see anything under $100! I’m good. They got 1 star for the ladies that work though!

The prices are very high. A pair of Paige jeans for $229. You can get a brand new pair for the same price. Where's the deal?? Also the vibes are very snooty.
