Had an appointment, they took me right in, very friendly and very professional. Followed all sanitary guidelines. Got my blood on first try. Waiting room was clean , not many waiting.

My doctor sent me to the Sierra Rose location. Waiting room was packed, low on staff and estimated wait time was over an hour. Drove to the Virginia Street location and no wait time. Easy check in process. Courteous staff.

I do NOT like to have blood drawn. I've had bad experiences in the past so I'm always worried going in. Well, this one was probably the easiest I've ever had!Hint - Ask for Elizabeth...she's the best!
