I felt let down when I visited this lab for the fourth time. The staff seemed unfamiliar with their tasks, resulting in a waiting time of one and a half hours, whereas in my previous visits, it was only 20-30 minutes. I don’t recommend choosing this place unless you have additional time to waste.

This labcorp visit was among the best we've had.
1. We scheduled an appointment and arrived early
2. The front desk male receptionist was very nice. He had black hair and was of college age - I wish I got his name so I could add it to this review
3. Next, we get called back for the blood draw. The lady informs us she is a college student and asked if that's ok. We responded that "we are a difficult blood draw and would appreciate a senior phlebotomist."
4. The senior phlebotomist came in and started making jokes with us immediately and made us laugh and she successfully drew blood and we were out within 15 minutes of arriving.
Great experience.
Thank you to the college student who asked if we wanted a more experienced phlebotomist - we needed this. The labcorp we went to 2 days prior in south reno jabbed us 5 separate times and never were able to draw blood. Then blamed us as the patients for having been dehydrated - this was not true. This was just because they were incompetent and would rather blame us than their skills.
Thank you to the front desk here for being kind. The labcorp is south reno blamed, shamed, and yelled at us during our visit.
And finally, thank you to the very funny and kind senior phlebotomist at this location. She relieved our stress because of how skilled she was at drawing blood.

Have been waiting over 2 hours for a urinalysis after every walk in that came after me has been processed. I came in with a standard drug screen order for employment and was met with sarcastic remarks on how it was incorrect with no answer on how to get it fixed. When i asked where I was in line, they told me to continue waiting... The excuse of corporate this and corporate that is unacceptable for a test that takes 45 seconds on my part.

Went above and beyond any expectations when I had a problem with another labcorp location, then a missing lab slip. Even called me with an update. I was upset, as I wasn't feeling well, yet was treated professionally and with compassion.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! Needed a drug screen for a new job and didn’t have a way to print out the paperwork. It wasn’t a problem for them. All of them were super friendly and acted as if they wanted to be there!! In and out in 10 ish minutes. Thank you!!

WORST time for blood draw is a Monday, Friday, or day after a holiday. BEST time is middle of the week, mid afternoon. I walked into the office, with no appointment on 18 January 2024, a Thursday morning. They have three of the slickest check ins & I never relinquished possession of my 2 IDs. There were only 2 others in the waiting room ahead of me. The waiting room was well lighted & spic n span clean. See my close-up photo of the slick equipment used for Check-Ins. Within minutes, my name was called, by one of the employees behind a glass enclosure. I provided her with a document showing the 3 bloods tests that had been ordered by my Doctor. A few minutes later I was ushered in to a room where an employee sat me in a chair & drew the required blood samples, all done pleasantly & with a smile on her face. I was in & out within 15 minutes. The test results were transmitted to my Doctor the next day, results which I was able to review via my Patient Portal. I'll return to this same location if & when blood needs to be drawn again. I highly recommend this location. I'm ashamed to say I didn't pay enough attention or look at the name tags to know the names of the employees who were so courteous & professional.

Last update…after an hour and a half I was able to finally get my urinalysis that took 3 minutes. Good luck if you have to go here.
