Today was my first time to this location and I don't want to go to any other Labcorp location after this. It was easy to find and the one person I spoke with was awesome, unfortunately I failed to get her name. Not only was she very nice, I didn't even feel the needle going in.

After waiting 2 hours to have blood drawn. Waiting in a dirty hallway waiting room. The floor looks like the only place vacuumed is the middle of the carpet, corners piled high in dirt & dust. Sick people use this space, it should be clean. The staf are very good, just not enough of them.

Do not go to Ralston St! I don't know if all Labcorps are this horribly tardy, but my appt was 7:45. Waiting a half hour now, people still before me. I'm STARVING! and HANGRY!

I always try and use this location as both employees are always courteous and understanding when you mess up you paperwork like i did! It is hard to get an early appointment so go online and set it up as soon as you get an order. But great people!

Why has the Ralston location closed? I was advised via email the day before my scheduled appt that it would be closed Mar 14-28, but when I try to reschedule for a later date it won't let me. It just says "Temporarily Closed".I have always loved this location. Both of the phlebotomists were excellent! Hope they are okay?

I have a scheduled appointment this morning, and there’s a sign on the door that says they’re closed with no explanation. Heard from someone in the building that this is an ongoing issue with this location.

I arrived and did the very easy check in at the kiosk. Then I realized I forgot my paperwork for the blood draw and they were nice enough to let me go home and get it (I live 5 minutes down the road). They took very good care of me, I would recommend this Labcorp to anyone. Best service ever.

I was a walk-in to this Labcorp after my appointment at Quest didn't work out (because they don't accept my insurance in the state if Nevada) check in was very easy through the automated device and I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The staff was friendly and I was out of there in 30 minutes after getting my routine blood screening. I've used this Labcorp before about 6 years ago and some of the same staff was still there. The blonde women was great and made the experience enjoyable. My veins usually roll, when I donate bloods they often have to dig around to get the vein back. She got it the first prick and I hardly felt it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in to get blood drawn for my kid. Checked in at the kiosk and sat down to wait. 10 minutes passed and nothing. 20 minutes still waiting and everyone that came after us were taken in and left before we were taken back. 30+ minutes later I go up to talk to the man behind. First of all he looks at me with disgust in his face. Then with a rude tone he asks "Do you have a question or something!?" I was trying to be polite since he looked a little busy. I then asked where in line my kid was and he says "their name is not on here" at this point I left and went to another Lab Corp location that has better customer service. Will never return to this location.

Thank you Helen for a great stick. Helen was not just proficient and efficient she was personable and puts one at ease. This lab is busy and minimal wait. And they keep you informed and are helpful.
