I just received the two chairs I ordered and they are very comfortable. The first for my mother is a recline/lift chair and she loves it. Mine is for people 6'5" and it feels good to sit in a chair made for you. I added the electronic package w/remote and love all the options I have to sit or recline and both. The delivery/setup team was fantastic, they did everything including putting the batteries into the remote. Thank you La-Z-Boy!

The sales consultant was great. Found the piece I liked, and even said they had one in the warehouse in a color and the best options I wanted. Then she goes to see about getting it to the store, and her boss comes back with her to tell me that the chair is " Due to be picked up today, by someone who is in the hospital" Which I took as a warehouse/inventory mistake. After talking with the sales consultant while ordering the same chair tha was already in their warehouse, the person did not buy or put down the money for the chair. So apparently Laz E boy of Reno lets some people call "Dibbs". I live 150 miles away and would have been soooo much more happy if I didnt have to make another trip in 6-8 weeks, when the chair I wanted was there but was for someone else for some reason. Again other than the snafu with the Dibbs thing it was a great experience.

We purchased a leather recliner sofa, paying extra for premium leather and purchased extended warranty insurance as well. In less than a year, the headrest on one side lost all color. La-Z-Boy's manager never returned our calls. We contacted the warranty company and after approximately 4 months we were informed that the leather discoloration and deterioration is not covered. We will not be purchasing anything in the future from this company as they don't stand by their products and misrepresent them as well.
