Do not rent here since Covid I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone!! When I did they said they'd cancel my auto withdrawal no problem then I was told to call another number they were no longer get handling the storage units. Meanwhile my bank account is being held hostage.

Hard to get a hold of and won't return your messages, so then they charge you a late fee. Office staff rude.

Severe lack of security. Units can be accessed anytime by simply walking through gate 24 hours a day. No access PIN needed, therefore no security log. Claim to have security on site, but I've never seen anyone. Mouse trap needs resetting/emptying after every visit. Prices are good.
