Awesome customer service. I live almost 3hrs away, they got all the paperwork work done and got us pre-approved for 3 trailers and all we had to done is pick which one we wanted...they explained everything and answered all our questions...this definitely the best place to shop

My wife and I had many requirements for or empty nester camper. The big dealers called it a unicorn. The others showed us everything missing many of the things we were looking for and wasted our time. We talked to Dale for five minutes and he said I think we have your unicorn and he did! Then met the owner keith and it was sold! Happy wife happy life! Great guys and service. We have a few more people we have in our clan and they will not buy anywhere else just for the service and quality products the put on there lot. They can use me as a reference any time. Thank you dale and keith. Hope we can go camping together some time!

Phoning and emailing around for quotes on a Palomino truck camper and I came across Keith's Kars and Lifestyle RV in Reno. Keith seemed very knowledgable & legitimate, in addition to given me the quote I was afer, also gave some very useful advice regarding camper tie downs that i should consider regardless of who i went with for the camper purchase. This place is a fair way from me (300 miles), but i just had a very good feeling about them based on subsequent conversations, so i committed to make the trip rather than some of the more local RV dealerships. Keith continued to impress during the whole purchase process - he's a straightforward honest, great to deal with guy. But what truly impressed me was how he dealt with issues after the deal was done and i took the camper home. I experienced an issue with the camper, and he had his guys provide crystal clear instructions on what i needed to do to diagnose the issue (driving back was not an option), and when we worked out exactly what it was, he had a new part shipped to me immediately while he sorted out the warranty claim in parallel. The part arrived in a couple of days, and i'll be back out on the road without missing a weekend. That sort of after sales service is priceless, and i'll be going right back to Keith when it's time for an upgrade, no need to go anywhere else.

After looking around the big dealers we decided to stop in on this place. We were greeted by Dale and asked what we were looking for. We were looking for a smaller toy hauler to haul our Harley’s, He took us directly to a couple trailers that matched our description. Didn’t try to up sell us or pressure into something bigger. He left us to look around and said if you need anything I’ll be inside. I appreciate that kind of salesman. When we were ready he came out and answered all of our questions. From the min we walked onto the lot till the moment we drove out with our new Toy Hauler this place was top notch. If you’re looking for a toy hauler or travel trailer, give this place a chance. Dale and Keith are great!

Keith has been great! And we love our little trailer. Keith and Dale have been really helpful and supportive during our a little bit scary, first time RV owning experience. Any time we have any questions or concerns they are all about helping us out. We had a lot of trepidation driving the trailer off the lot and of course were hoping that we had made a good choice, with not only the trailer but the dealer as well. It has been comforting to know that we can call Keith anytime and he is willing to continue with good customer service even after the ink has dried.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They made our camper purchase so easy and went above and beyond to get us on the road! Keith and Dale were amazing, but our real hero was Gabriel. My SUV wasn’t wired correctly and he spent 3 hours on his day off getting my vehicle wired correctly so we could safely hit the road in our new camper. I love supporting local businesses and will always recommend and support Keith’s Kars!!!

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews but my experience with this dealership was exceptional. The buying process here was very simple there was no unexpected or added expenses.
