Nataliya (Meadowoood Mall, Reno, NV) is the most amazing sales person ever!! She has sold my fiancé and I 3 engagement rings (I keep getting upgrades)and a men's watch since last year. I feel so at home and cared for. The service is out of this world. Will b back for wedding bands! Thank u Nataliya!!

My husband purchased a wedding ring for me in December and we were due for a warranty check up on the ring. It was something they require you to do every 6 months to keep the warranty on the ring. I thought the ring was fine but was told by the sales lady that it was spinning in the setting and actually we never had actually purchased the warranty for the ring. She said we could pay $100 to get the setting fixed or $164.99 to buy the warranty. They said luckily enough their computer system still allowed us to add the warranty and charged us the $164.99. I was told it would take about 10 days but the receipt had a "promise date" of 3 weeks. The day before it was due for pick up I called to see if it was ready and if I could pick up the ring instead of my husband. The sales lady said it was there had not been repaired it had a note to send off again. She said they were "pushing appraisals" And it was sent to an appraisal place instead of a repair place. I had a bad feeling and asked how much longer it would take. She said they would let me know and they would put a rush on it. About 3 days later my husband got an email it was ready and I went to get the ring and it was clear that someone had switched my center stone (Diamond) for a far less quality Diamond. They suggested that it was dirty and to clean it with a toothbrush. I could see the cloudiness and inclusions with my naked eye and the original stone was a brilliant clear and natural Diamond. I filed an online case and was told to go to the store on a day when the manager was there so she could see it. She looked at it and compared the ring to their picture and only suggested she could send it out again to be swapped and the new stone would also have inclusions. I asked for my money back and they obliged, but the sentiment is gone with the ring and my faith in their professionalism is gone. This was inside MEADOWOOD Mall In Reno Nevada and I'd definitely consider taking your business somewhere else.

Frequent visitor, have multiple pieces but cleaning services could be better at this location. Today I took 3 of my pieces in only for them to loose one of my diamonds and let me walk away with out inspecting it. Staff seemed irritated.

I'm pretty disappointed in my experience with this location.I spent a large sum of money on a wedding ring set. When asked about payment, my husband and I told the saleswoman we would be paying outright. She spent the next 10 minutes filling out a credit card application on my behalf, which I then had to refuse once I realized what she was doing (she had asked for my social security number at this point).The rings had to be sent off to be sized and I asked that they be soldered together as well. The saleswoman gave me a bunch of reasons why I shouldn't so I changed my mind. I mean, she's the expert, right?After receiving my rings after about 2 weeks I knew instantly that this was a mistake and they needed to be soldered.I went back to the store and they shipped them off again. After two MORE weeks of waiting I finally got them back and they aren't even centered. They are crooked and it is pretty noticeable.I thought I'd sit with it for a couple days to see if I could get used to it and I just can't. I'm disappointed that the person soldering the jewelry thought that it was acceptable. I'm also disappointed that the employees in the store thought it was acceptable to give it back to me that way. Where is the quality control?When you spend this many thousands of dollars on something it should be right the first time.I'll have to go back AGAIN to get this fixed. I've had my rings for a little over a month and have only been able to wear them for a week as they are constantly away getting "fixed".Had I known this would be so frustrating I would have just gone somewhere else.Extremely disappointed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Today my husband and I went into Kays looking for a wedding band and the lady was showing us 900-600 dollar wedding bands when my husband had asked if she had anything cheaper like 150 to 200 she laughed in his face and gave me a weird look. The look she gave gave off the oh so he's broke vibe, I had then told her that I don't appreciate being laughed at and asked her again if she had something in that price and she rolled her eyes and was being snarky showing us engagement rings and said this is all we would have in that price range and she was just being rude and disgusting. Once my husband and I left I called and she answered the phone I asked for her manager, she then proceeded to say she was the manager, i told told her that her behavior was disgusting and uncalled for she then said she didn't laugh at us and was trying to accommodate our budget which is b******** and she also said "well I'm sorry you're feeling very emotional about this and was trying to belittle me which is absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. And instead of giving me another manager or a name for another one so I can call another day, she kept saying sorry and that there wasn't another manager on the floor and repeated that over and over and over until I finally said that I didn't give a s*** about her apologies and want to know a name to another manager so I don't have to deal with her again. I am absolutely disgusted with this kind of customer service and the fact that she felt so comfortable laughing at someone is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. I will never go back to Kay's, I think that was Absolute b*******

The manager at this Kay was absolutely rude and unprofessional when I went in to look at engagement rings with my mom. She acted as if helping us was an inconvenience to her and she had a horrible attitude. I asked her the color of the diamond in the ring I was looking at and she told me it didn't matter and basically dodged the question. A few moments later I inquired about the cut of the diamond and she actually laughed in my face and replied "I already told you." I replied to tell her that I hadn't even asked about the cut yet, but had asked previously about the color. Both my mom and I were so appalled and disappointed with this experience that I told my boyfriend never to buy from Kay as they do not even deserve our business. Needless to say, my now fiancé got my ring at Jared and I suggest you do the same unless you want to be talked down to!

I came in to get my jewelry inspected and the service was horrible. They just wanted to let ish me out the door. To bad because I was looking for a ring and some earrings. I guess I'll find another location.

I would give no stars if possible. We arrived when making our purchase 20 minutes after the store opened but they were closed and told us to come back later. We came back later and the sales person was helpful(ish) I made my purchase since I was upgrading from a previous purchase we had to buy there. I had my ring sized. When we went back to pick it up yesterday the sales person ignored us she continued to ignore us until my husband said are you going to help us? She then got up and came to the register and said do you have your recipt I handed it to her, she left, she came back and said nothing walked off again came back walked away again came back, this all took 5 - 10 minutes of not being spoken to or acknowledged. She handed me my ring said sign her and she walked off.

My experience at Kay Jewelers was fantastic. Not only was the sales girl, her name was Britney by the way, but my wife got the ring that she wanted. i will definitely be doing business with them again. Very happy and very satisfied
