Kathleen is great. She will not settle for any imperfections. She went over and above and really knew her stuff.

I got to deal with Kathleen for a tux and man she over delivers. Its a rare find anymore when service is exceeded and she really steps up. She was a delight and really cares about the customers on top of being funny too!
