I saw Josie for the first time today. She was amazing. I came in, told her my recent hair experiences including the hair changes since menopause, and I showed her an AI generated headshot of my desired outcome. She said it was totally achievable, and she nailed it!
Josie listened to me. She talked through what was achievable today and next time. She walked me through what she was going to do today, and kept me informed along the way. She taught me about my hair texture, and how to take care of it,style it.
I asked for product suggestions, and she walked me through products she would recommend and how to use them, I decided to invest in myself. The Front Manager, Danni, captured the products and usage tips on a note paper so I could remeber what each one was for and how to use it. Danni also encourged me to call anytime if I have questions about the rpoducts.
The Tribe Salon, offers a top notch experience. It was clean, bright and stylish. Everyone was so friendly. Several people greeted me and made sure I had been welcomed. They let my stylist knew that I had arrived. They had complementary coffee, tea and water available as self serve by the enterance.
There were many stylists at work with clients who booked appointments in advance. One senior lady walked in without an appointment, and they were able to accomodate her as well.
Josie nailed my inspiration pic style. I walked out feel beautiful and empowered.
Thank you Josie and Danni! It was a great experience. I'll see you in September!

Kate made my hair cut experience very nice indeed! As a first time customer I must say I'm very impressed! The place is beautiful and comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional, and Kate put me at ease right away! I was long overdue for a cut and Tribe was highly recommended to me by friends. I'm so glad I took the plunge. I will be recommending them too, and Kate has a regular client in me! Love the cut! Thank you so much!!

If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely a great experience. My hair looks beautiful and healthy.
But thats not all Bianca was the BEST. She is wonderful, sweet, polite, perfectionist, the way she talks, her manners! For sure she has everything. I think finally found my hair soul (lol) ?

I have had a wonderful experience at this salon! Ella and AmySue have both cut my hair and AmySue has done highlights and a gloss for me. I am weary to allow anyone to chemically treat my hair and I feel like she has taken the time to understand what I am looking for and what is best for my hair texture. The only con is the salon charges $4.50 to use a debit or credit card. Would highly recommend.

My hairdresser was great. However, 75$ for a hair cut is rather pricey. I did make another appt with Brook in 6 weeks. I'm going to see how the haircut grows out.

Kate honestly gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. I always bring photos as a reference but don’t ever expect mine to look exactly like the photo since I know textures of hair and such are different, but she gave me a cut that looked exactly like the photo and what I was hoping to receive. Kate is also very sweet and made sure to ask me questions about my cut throughout our conversation. I am obsessed with my new hair and can’t wait to keep showing it off!

Kat was incredible! She was very friendly, I enjoyed conversing with her. She took great care of my hair. I mentioned to her, that it had been a long time that I have been pleased with my hair cut/style. She is great at her craft and I could tell how passionate she is by my end results. I’m SO happy with how Amy styled my hair!!! She asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and made me feel very safe and confident. Amy did an amazing job with my haircut and highlights/balayage. I am very pleased with her work ethic, as she took the time to go the extra mile with care.
