Chris Winberg was great to work with! He helped me pick out the right car, and made the whole experience fun and easy. I will definitely recommend him!
I DO NOT, however, recommend Corwin Ford’s Service Dept- it was one of the absolute worst experiences of my life. I won’t even use the free oil changes and tire rotations I have left. So very different from the buying process!

I would give 1 start if possible. I've been through Corwin gmc and gave up from promises from Corwin ford. I was told everything was a go. I submitted my application with a co signer and was trading my truck. Had the final appointment. Cleared out my truck, ripped out my system that was professionally installed to get down there and told they mixed up the last 4 of my social security number. Then denied me cause they messed up the paper work. I've never missed a payment on my current vehicle and wasted my time taking time off work. Definitely not happy with the service it cost me money all around for nothing. Won’t recommend.

I went to Corwin Ford with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle. From the moment i stepped onto the dealership lot, as a woman and senior citizen I felt discriminated against in ways to numerous to mention in this review. I was trading in a vehicle the purchase and using my sons UPS discount. When the Sales Manager actually brought the price offerto purchase, it did not include the discount, did not include the rebate, and was for a VEHICLE I WAS NOT PURCHASING that is$8K more than what I wanted to buy. I ended up leaving without buying a vehicle.

Can't follow up with giving a time the day before a mobile oil change. Scheduled one and it was canceled. The second one evidently doesn't exist. Horrible communications.

Alex our sales person was the always polite and professional, I took my wife to make this purchase and I can tell my wife will throw extra offers that they don’t even have “ a full tank of gas for a year “ that what she said , and Alex would just take it and explain in a professional manner , the bottom line of this is we purchase the Toyota Highlander and went home with it ! Thanks Alex your awesome

The team we worked with at Corwin Ford, Reno were simply wonderful. We arrived just wanting to browse around to see what was available on the lot and had a pretty clear idea of what we were looking for.
Salesperson Christopher Martin was so great, He never pressured us when we told him we just wanted to look around. Instead he listened to what my husband and I were saying not only to him, but to each other, which I believe gave him insight on how better to hold our interest. When he found an Explorer we were interested in, we all went for a test drive where he explained the features and performance of the vehicle. Arriving back at the dealership, he was very patient and did not come across as irritated that we were pulling up information online and consulting with our son. When we were finally ready to go inside and talk numbers, Chris never came across as pushy or rushing us to make a sale.
Sales Manager Andrew Springer listened to what we were willing to spend and really went to work for us. We were steadfast on what our bottom line was and once we considered going ahead and trading in our 2012 Explorer he went above and beyond to get the number we were comfortable with. No last-minute surprises. Andrew never made us feel rushed to just get the sale done.
Finance Manager Mary Garcia was also a delight to work with. She brought back several options for financing and payments. We knew we probably wanted some type of an extended warranty due to all the electronics but again, Mary never pressured us. We asked about different options and she patiently worked with us until we settled on one of the warranties she presented.
We were so impressed with these three individuals at Corwin Ford, Reno. Their communication, attitude, and respectfulness towards us, was outstanding. They took away the stress that usually comes with purchasing a car and turned into an enjoyable experience.
Thank you Corwin Ford, Reno! We love our new Explorer ST!

My Husband and I just bought a truck from Corwin Ford and we love it. We never thought we would own a truck this nice but thanks to Chris Martin, he got us a good deal and made our experience a good one. I would definitely go back to them when it's my turn to get a new car. Chris will not disappoint and I give him 5 stars all the way around.

Christopher Martin made my buying experience exceptional. He was prompt, up front, honest and was all around a great guy to deal with. Found a great deal, they met my financing needs with a payment where I needed it and supplied me with a great car that I wanted. Great experience working with Michael Oade. Right if the bat No run around about how I’ll be paying for the truck just straight numbers. we got me within budget, everything was clear on the truck price and what the additional fees were, options were there clearly to see if i wanted them. My 3rd vehicle purchase from a dealer by far this was the best. David from accessories did a great job on bed liner. He went the extra mile to make sure it was done correctly on a bed that was beat up. I did buy a used work truck. Everything good so far only maybe 700 miles on it so far and it’s been a great truck.
