Great service, pretty affordable. Night drops are easy.

I went there twice and my clothes were still dirty, with a lot of hairs and I talked with the manager and asked some discount for the inconvenience of me going twice 11 min from my house and she said that she needed to check first since the employee was seeing for the second time that the service provided wasn’t very well finished. I’m waiting to pick up my clothes still and should be for free and no two pieces of clothes for $37 dollars, super expensive and bad service.

I gave them 8 ties and they charged me 60 dollars. That's more than what I payed for the ties in the first place. I'm honestly baffled as to why it cost so much. They didn't tell me the price when I first went which is fine but for that kind of price it's ridiculous. Im honestly scared to see how much it cost to hem one of my pant legs. If you go here make sure you ask for the prices because they charged me through the nose. I'd just be careful as they upcharged me on every single tie. And the only listed reason is "fabric". Maybe I just don't know how much normal dry cleaners cost but I'm not coming back because of the price.

I have been using JJ's services for 4 years now and they are always friendly and the services are fantastic. They have cleaned my very expense comforter multiple times (we have dogs, need I say more) and always are able to get it looking back to new. Love, love them!!

Nothing is more annoying than a sign that says closes at 6, but it's 5 and the doors locked. Unprofessional and unreliable is what that tells me.

The side panel of a brand new pair of pants came apart. Took them to JJ Cleaners at South Meadows Pkwy. BEAUTIFUL Job, thank you so much! Looks like the day I bought them.

We have 4 cats and they mostly sleep on the bed so when I say this comforter needed cleaning it was in a bad way! I was expecting to just have it laundered but they said they would dry clean it I just assumed they knew best. It cost around $40. They said it normally takes a week but once I told her it's our main blanket she said she would put a rush on it. It comes back right when she said it would and I was very impressed with how clean and cat hair free it was.

Worst dry cleaning place. Brought in a comforter to get a few stains/dirty spots out and got it back worse than it was before. The entire comforter was tinted yellow and the previous stains were now set and not one had looked to get even a little better. It would have been better to do it ourselves in the washer.
