Went in to get a cup of coffee with my cup, so I could get a refill… Hit the little X button on the coffee machine so that I could brew more than one shot into my cup… Lady got upset with me… Told me I’d have to pay more because I used more beans… I said OK… Then she told me to never come back… So two thumbs down, and if I had more arms more thumbs down

I've been buying almost all my gasoline here for the past two years. First, because it's the brand of gas I use (Shell) and the location is very convenient. The store and its restrooms have always been very clean when I've gone inside. The ladies who operate the store are always very polite and helpful. This past summer, the parking lot has been re-surfaced, in time for the coming winter and the pumps have been replaced with new ones. The touchless car wash was also replaced with a new one and it works great. You get a ten cent discount per gallon of gas on the car wash, which is nice. I've not washed my truck or my wife's car by hand since coming here. This store is a real asset to the South Reno community.

If I could give a zero, I most certainly would. I literally just left from filling up my vehicle. The lady employee there had absolutely no clue on how to let me put my Fuel Rewards card number in so I can credit for the fill up. Every time I went to put my number in she kept hitting abort, after the fourth time I just paid for my gas and left. Of course I got multiple apologies, that seems to be the only thing she was good at.

This store has recently been given a facelift but the inside is pretty much the same. The propane is priced $20 for a refill or $50 to purchase a full tank. The store has hot coffee and a very wide variety of snacks and drinks including some decent prices for beer. Wine and liquor are also available. The restroom has always been clean (or at least usable during times of high visitor traffic). They even have a few slot machines.

I can't believe they charge for air after filling up your tank and getting a car wash. Cheapskates lost my business.
