Employees always take up all the parking spots in the front. So it's extremely difficult in rush hour to find parking. And the homeless people love to be camped out front and go and touch everything in the store.

I was harassed and profiled at this location. Leadership was informed and did not care.

I do understand that this is a gas station. However the beer selection was limited and though there appeared to be three enthusiastic attendants, they were busy and no one at the counter. I thought they were overworked and not able to tend to the line of six to assist to check out the customers. They were friendly and apologetic and I felt bad for them. Jackson's I would suggest supporting your staff. Otherwise those like-minded with me.....why not deal with the nightmare of Costco or Walmart?

This clerk told me that i needed to pay tax on my food stamp purchase. i informed her that no other retailer does that, she then informed that THEY were doing it wrong and that " she gets audited" when in fact SHE was wrong, which i already knew. I then, just to confirm i went to the NRS website as well as DWSS web site and of course confirmed SALES TAX CANNOT BE CHARGED WHEN PURCHASING WITH FOOD STAMP. My purchase was under $2 however that is not the point. The point is that if they only made $10 a day in sales tax people paid when using food stamps thats $300 a month, my question is who gets that money? the clerk, the owner? NRS 422a.040
