The gas station is clean and well kept but the service is terrible. They said they had my photo and that my boyfriend and I weren’t allowed in the store anymore. Which is totally outrageous we are daily customers and we spend a lot of our money there. They wouldn’t even let me fill my water bottle up! They should really not be kicking there good customers out, that’s not a good way to make money and keep repeat customers. I did nothing to be kicked out of this location but I will not spend my money at any Jacksons location anymore after this treatment. They have lost a local customer for good.

This store is managed by some horrible people. If you don't wear your mask management will fire the employee who is working. Poor employees are forced to create a hostel work environment or get fired . Shame on you Jackson's ?

Employees fail to follow the Governor’s mask mandate exemptions and are rude about it, but yet they remove their mask while in the store. If you are not going to go by the exemptions then offer something for people who fall under the exemptions instead of your employees being rude and blaming OSHA and corporate, it can be taken as discrimination.

Been getting fuel here for as long as I can remember since moving to the north valleys. Lately, every single time I try to come here, two of their diesel pumps are down and the only other two that serve diesel fuel are taken by people in gasoline ran cars even though there are probably 10 other gasoline pumps there. I waited as long as I could but had to leave. I wish they would make diesel only stations. *sigh* maybe someday.

As gas stations go, it's pretty alright. Staff is always paramount in any experience and they've always been top notch, courteous, and polite. Yeah, it's a fuel depot, and mini mart of sorts, so much of what they have are stock items and to be expected, so you'll not necessarily find any surprises. They do sport the mini serving station of snack foods, a self serve soda fountain of course, candy, chips, gums, and a light supplement of automotives. Finally, there is also the touch less car wash, a genuine requirement living in our parts and a real convenience, my only complaint being is they don't offer any kind of discount on the wash with a fill up of the fuel tank. A quick note, should your vehicle be really dirty, as good as it is, the jets are not going to blow all that grime from your vehicles exterior, you'll needs a real wash, but it's great if you stay on top of it. Overall, conveniently located to North Valley's on Lemmon Drive, with pleasant folks, and clean, I'll call this a win!
