Purchased a $270 part for a travel trailer on August 8th and have received no communication from them. I called them on Friday and they said it's being drop shipped from a third party! The guy on the phone told me he would give me an update later Friday but they never did. Here it is Monday 11 days later and nothing! I would not trust a business who drop ships products and doesn't get the third party to ship my product. I was in the drop shipping business for many years (sold 10,000 products )and I would never treat my customers this way!

Gary was excellent with regard to the service he offered. When my freight forwarder threw me a curve ball regarding the delivery address I had to use, he (Gary) was quick to answer my cry for help and made contact with all the right people to see that my shipment was rerouted.
Gary and the rest of the Inverters R US tean are tops in my book.

I found them because I ordered some Victron fuses from Amazon and noticed they were local because of their business card in the package I received. I was building a Lithium battery bank with solar for my RV. I ended up buying my SOK batteries , Victron gear, large 4/0 cables, accessories , chargers and basically everything that I needed. They are the best, local, very friendly and this is the place to buy your stuff. My project would have been weeks delayed if it wasn’t for Gary and their expertise. The shop allows you to walk in and has space for local sales and pick up. Exceptional experience.

Bought several items from them last year. Huge selection of products and they helped with selection and programing.
Fast shipping and great prices - needed a bit of tech support back then - they were very responsive and quick to help.
Fast forward - 1 year - Ran into a new problem and reached out in hopes they would help. They were AMAZING!!
Even a year later - they treated me like I was a new customer. Very responsive and quick to help.

I had an issue with a solar converter contacted Shawn with Inverters and WOW what great customer service !!!! This guy is great went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was taken care of in a timely fashion.I received my replacement controller before our trip.Great job Shawn and will be doing business with them again

Great company to work with. Shaun helped me with an off grid cabin inverter setup and design. The shipping was fast. The even helped me work through a signature required issue when I couldn’t receive a large package. Victron is the best equipment on the market and you guys are one of the best distributors.
