Used Hutch’s for the first time yesterday after looking for a “full-service” car wash. I tried the most expensive “full-service” which was almost $50. After sitting in my truck drive thru the wash and wax I went to the interior and dry section. After they were done I get my truck back. On the drive home I could see immediately that they didn’t wipe down the dash. I also saw the back window was smeared terribly. After I got home I could see they didn’t vacuum the back at all and the seats still had crumbs so that wasn’t vacuumed either.
So don’t expect a “full-service” car wash even if you pay for it.

Super weird vibes from staff they all seem like they don’t want to be there and they give you weird looks. They forgot to wash two mats in my car. They completely did not do the cupholder. They did not do the center console overall pretty lazy job. I would recommend buggy.

Got a smog check, oil change, car wash, and tires filled for under $100 and in under 30 minutes. Always a pleasant and easy experience!

Terrible job. Do not recommend. They hardly clean your interior and my hubcap was ripped off during the external wash. Go to Buggy bath.

I am relatively new to Reno. I used to get the occasional inside/outside wash in Fresno before I retired. The price was reasonable and they did a terrific job. I had our car done today as a treat since we have company coming to borrow the car. Hutch’s is not worth the money, and what they did do was shabby, sloppy, and the car was still dirty inside. I paid extra to have the seats and the doors cleaned (it was not part of the $32 inside/ outside) and they were not cleaned!! The seams on the seats were still full of dirt, the dash was dirty, the doors still dirty, cupholders not done. Please, yes the $5 quickie wash, bring your own rags and use their vacuum.

Came in for oil change your sign says $69 on most vehicles well then you told me you don't have synthetic blend only synthetic and then it was $105 went to a different place(Valvoline) for synthetic blend $50 you are a complete rip-off thank you

It's the only carwash in town that doesn't rewash. I've been to this car wash about ten times, and I needed a rewash to help unstick bird poop and or pine sap. I told them I was not expecting the machine to get the one mark off my hood & the two specks from the passenger door. I just wanted to run my car through to help unstick whatever was on there, but they refused. I noticed that this machine fails to clean my rocker panels properly. For reference, I drive a compact luxury car. Please look into recalibrating your machine so that your customers get quality washes. Thank you.

What a disappointment! Getting your car washed inside and out is a special treat that I can ill afford. I thought I’d treat myself for my birthday and I will NEVER EVER ever go there again. For $38 (plus a nice tip!!) all that was done was a very poor exterior wash, my car-interior and exterior- was still dirty. The dash, console, steering wheel area, and everywhere else was not wiped down whatsoever. There were fingerprints still on the interior windows, and the backseats weren’t even touched! Nothing on the menu I paid for was done. Everything still had dirt and dust all over on every surface of my car. The interior was supposed to be vacuumed, but either the vacuums do not work at all or they absolutely didn’t do it. I’m so disappointed! And mad! I might as well just driven down the highway and thrown my hard-earned money out the window and hoped for the best. . They rush you out of there really fast, so you don’t really get a chance to actually look. The pictures make the car look better than the reality, but trust me, it was just about as dirty as it was when I brought it in. Happy birthday to me. Not.
