Karisa was AMAZING! She was patient and kind and professional. She helped me when I was completely confused as to the reason my taxes kept getting rejected. She explained everything to me and put me at ease . I will be going back to her yearly .

Dena is the tax Goddess & all the staff this year were super warm and friendly. Everything I needed for my tax return was handled quickly and efficiently. I also left with a better understanding of my filing status and deductions for next year.

I been tying get my taxes filed for 2 months now . Kimberly Nelson for some reason took upon herself to file my taxes without my permission. I been being polite just asking her to be removed so I can file my taxes through the app . Still 4-5 weeks later 4 phone conversations later and she still on my case after being told she would be removed. They told me two days ago the manager would call me so I can take care of this . The manager never called me . I been playing phone tag for 2 hours trying to get her removed off my case. At this point I need Human Resources number . You guys are playing with peoples lively hood and that isn’t right. Horrible customer service. I will be filing fraud against Kimberly at this point . Have someone contact me asap please and thank you.

Tax preparer Dina never returned my calls or emails, Actually when I was trying to email her email was blocked For some reason, Then I decided to go in person to look for her, but she was not available that day, she was working at another location, So I scheduled a phone appointment, But she never call me on the date of the appointment. So I gave up. I was doing my taxes at South Lake Tahoe but I have to go somewhere else Because I don't live in Tahoe anymore I live here in Reno now.I have no complaints about the location in Tahoe, David did a great job over there.

So I filed my taxes this year at the S Virginia St location because my normal tax prep was super booked anyways made an appointment for the same day (today ) for530 pm , the lady that helped me Dena W hands down ? ? ? ? ? I was in and put under 10 mins I think it was but she definitely k ows what's she's doing I recommend to go see her if you use the s Virginia St location abosulty pleased

Please update your hours of operation. I walk for 1 hour just for this HR Block to be closed. Its noon and google says its open till 4pm todayUpdate: 9/25/23 closed again at 12:30pm. Why am I not surprised
