Room was NOT clean. Paint splatter everywhere. Sink not installed properly water runs onto floor.

A$$holes won't return my $100 deposit because there was allegedly there was a blood stain on the sheet. I doubt the sheet cost $100. Apparently I have to take them to court in order to get my money returned.
