“I love love love love this hotel ❤️❤️ I love the Tuscany towers. I love all the restaurants that are inside this hotel. I love the swimming pool area. The last night we were there we went to eat at Biscotti something light for dinner. Martha was our server she is very good at what she does. I ordered some soup and we also ordered a roast beef sandwich and we ordered drinks. We have eaten at every restaurant that this hotel has. The Sea food one the streak one the Italian the Chinese one Etc etc. Peppermill I think it's one of the best hotels in Reno!!❤️”

“One of the better Motel 6s I've stayed at. My main complaint was that the Wi-Fi would allow me to connect, but then say it couldn't connect to the Internet. The clerk said "it's been in and out all day".

The unit was very clean, and the mattress was good. A few aesthetic issues (cigarette burn in the shower stall (!), toilet tank lid glued back together, bathroom door damaged on the inside.)

Neighborhood is dodgy.”

“Our room was ready around 11 am. It's a pet friendly hotel but it was nothing like the residence inn. It didn't have a pet smell and the furniture was in good condition. They have a 24 lounge area to get soft drinks and water plus snacks. During Monday thru Friday they have breakfast but I was there on Saturday. I noticed they were having a prom event downstairs with a bunch of teens. I was totally surprised the room was quiet and we slept well. The staff was nice Ng polite”

“We loved it! Stayed 2 nights for our son’s college graduation. We did not want a casino hotel. It was perfect. Clean, quiet, no cigarettes! The staff was super nice and accommodating. Parking was safe. Gates are closed at 8 pm and you get an opener! Great views. Spacious rooms. The lobby has a Disney Haunted Mansion vibe and I LOVED IT! We would stay there again no questions asked!!!”

“Quit location you won't find any restaurants that pack all things you need food items and vegetables. No mobile signals in RV

Rooms: It's like mobile homes or RVs”

“Loved our room, spacious and nice. We had the suite with a tub in the living room area.I like the choices with The Row. Gaming for me is generally El Dorado, but rooms are nicer at Silver Legacy. Since it's Caesars Rewards you get credit for staying and playing at all 3, Circus Circus (worst), El Dorado, and Silver Legacy.Rooms: We had a great King Suite. Loved the room, bed, pillows, and space.Walkability: I generally don't walk much, but River Walk is a nice escape. I don't recommend late or dark night walks.Food & drinks: Many food options at The Row, River Walk, and downtown.”

“What a great venue for our team building retreat! Two days in a super comfortable conference room, great meeting space with large lobby for small group work and access to the patio! Rooms comfortable and clean. Coffee and bar available on the Kinney; very convenient. Great location near many restaurants. Dani took great care of us for our food and beverage, and the front desk team took care of our every need. Thanks all!”

“Beautiful, clean room, convenient location, good breakfast spread in the morning before heading to Tahoe to ski!Only downside (minus one star) is that they seemed to be understaffed and we had to go down to get towels and cutlery. A very minor inconvenience, but still a bit frustrating. All in all, I highly recommend staying in Reno instead of Tahoe as it was so convenient and a nice drive to/from Tahoe in the morning/evening.”

“I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Reno and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located off Route 395, making it easy to access both downtown Reno and the surrounding areas. The suites are spacious and come with fully equipped kitchens, which is perfect for extended stays. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall property was commendable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The indoor pool and fitness center were well-maintained, providing a great way to relax and stay active. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the BBQ facilities were a nice touch for those who enjoy outdoor dining.

One of the highlights was the peaceful environment despite being close to major attractions and corporate offices like Nvidia. The hotel also offers free WiFi, which was reliable and fast. However, some guests might find the additional costs for parking a bit of a drawback.

Overall, my stay at Staybridge Suites Reno was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area.”

“This hotel gets four stars. I've stayed at this hotel, at least four times now. It's not brand new, but it is clean. The complimentary breakfast is included. The breakfast is typically like some kind of breakfast protein such as bacon, then they have the bread selection and they have a cereal selection and they have juices and oatmeal and fruit. It's not a bad breakfast to be honest and it's nice that it's complimentary. If you get a room with two queen beds, there's not a lot of space on one side of the bed to get out of the bed but honestly it's not that big of a deal. The rooms include a mini fridge, but no microwave. The only thing I think I really don't like about the room to be honest is that the sink is right in front of the bed so if you have to wash your hands in the middle of the night, you will probably wake whoever else is up in the room because the sink is not in the actual like bathroom behind a closed door. I would recommend staying here if it's a good price. Also a tip, the odd numbered rooms face the airport, the even number rooms face the freeway, in case a view is important to you.”

“This hotel is gorgeous! The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Wish I could find more hotels like this one. The restaurant and the lounge are impeccable and have a great vibe. Perfect location ... we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in downtown Reno. Will definitely stay again!”

“I have everything great to say about the comfort inn in Reno by the airport. I actually had an extended visit at this location. And be nice to me I was placed in a situation where I stayed at the comfort inn for over 4 weeks. The stuff was pleasant not overly friendly or intrusive, the continental breakfast that is complementary was off the hook. They have scrambled eggs, sausage, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, green tea, black tea, fresh pastries and Belgian waffles to offer. Everything was impeccably clean, they have lemon infused water in the lobby, laundry facilities that are reasonably priced, they will give you quarters, laundry detergent and they have a very nice small exercise room. No complaints with this comfort inn. They are top-notch!”

“This is yet another perfect short term stepping stone for today's youth and young adults!! The owners are amazing and the tenants are very nice. Of coarse there is a little riff Raff but we try hard to keep it to a minimum. Rooms always available!!!!”

“Stayed here for a night. We checked in at 3 pm and were informed that check out time is around 12 pm the following day. The staff were nice. The room we got at the 20th floor was cozy, the outside view was nice.We paid $96 in total for a night at this room with two queen beds.

Safety: It was safe and quiet on the upper floors where we stayed.

Walkability: Easy to walk around!”

“Booked the place through Airbnb. I've never been to Reno so I did not have any expectations, I just thought that the room was nice in the picture.

Stayed for a week from March 28th - April 4th and I love it! The check-in process was seamless, the room has a very complete amenities and a working air con that can also serve as a heater and there's also a high-speed wifi.
It is close to several restaurants and Fedex (in case you need to print or something).

The rapid station is just in front and on the left side, and it is close to the big casinos.

Walkability: Highly walkable, there is a red light and crossings in every corner.”

“For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! Plus, having the pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door latch, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that. All things considered, would definitely recommend for larger groups! (Oh, they do have a fold-out couch in the suite, but the mattress is terrible, so bring a sleeping pad!)”

“Hate the 8 dollar parking. In a parking lot not near anything where parking would be a issue. I'm not understanding as to why there is a fee for that. But front desk was awesome . Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Have stayed about 4 times in the past 3 months. 10/10 and pet ”

“As a contracted employee for the Ramada Inn, I have had the pleasure to not only protect but to observe the staff in their various roles. Every employee is polite and exudes a friendly atmosphere. It is obvious the level of pride and care these employees put into their work to provide a clean and comfortable stay.”

“I read some reviews. I have to say they can really be misleading. First off it's Downtown any and every where downtown is a little sketchy. The only loud noise I heard were just trucks passing. I seen no vagrants around. Christina at the front desk is the best. She was irritated with her job or anything. When I checked in the staff was actually having a very laughable conversation. The rooms are great. Mini fridge, microwave.Rooms: Nice big family roomsWalkability: You are literally near everything you needNoteworthy details: Christina is the best. Very helpful ??”

“I didn't like the parking lot painted with asphalt, through which you entered the building, the asphalt stuck to the tires of the car, the soles of the shoes, people carried the asphalt all the way to the room.Walkability: Right in the centerClose to casinos”
