“I am still disapointed I had to give up my account with Eric Olivas and Farmers Insurance after our recent move to a high fire rated area not insured by Farmers. In our almost 13 years with Eric and Marissa Davis, they were AMAZING. Seriously, as close to a concierge type service you could expect. No phone queues, just real people ready to assist your needs, which for us included a fire, flood, and RV damage. Great deals on bundling insurance coverages and if they open their area map up, we will be back. Yes, we found another insurance company, and now find ourselves sitting in phone queues for simple questions. Service from this Farmers can't be beat”
