Bought over $100 of bagged soil and arranged for curb side pickup. App says its ready so I go and park in the last curb side stall. Must be busy with people picking up, I thought. So I waited several minutes and no one came out. I walk in and 5 employees are standing around behind the pickup counter. Plus no one else picking up, which means walk-in customers are parking in the curb side stalls! I walk in and say, excuse me, I have been waiting for curb side pickup. They look at each other and I think the supervisor tells her underling to look at the computer screen. He finds my order and helps me (i took one cart myself). What happened to this place? Maybe too many employees?? I sure was disappointed in the "curb side pickup". If they are going to allow walk-ins to park there then maybe they need to get rid of the signs and so-called "service".

My aunt and I were in the tool isle trying to get help with a sale item. No one came to help us. While a couple isles down my bf was getting some parts for a job. While we were waiting foils help that never came. I see my bf at the end of the isle. I walked down and hear him arguing with two staff members. So while my aunt and I are waiting on help all the workers were in the isle where my bf was. They stereo typed him cause he's Mexican and was wearing a poncho. My aunt and I are white and received no help. They were to busy watching my bf like he was a thief. I couldn't belief they did that so bluntly. Beware if your white you get no help and if your Mexican they treat you like thief.

Unfortunately I find you are regularly out of one or more items to complete a project.Stocking must be a problem.Sorry, I will choose a competitor if available. I find it very frustrating to go and get some items and then have go elsewhere to complete my list.

Farah who helped us at Home Depot was polite and made the trip fast. She was new but did a excellent service very knowledgeable, I want to call her or her manager out because she made this trip very pleasant and nice ! Thanks farah we need more people like you polite , positive !

I was on my way out with only 24 dollars worth of supplies and a guy asks if we payed for our item and won’t let us leave without a receipt. I know it’s his job, but he let every other person simply walk out that was right before and after us. His name was tyler and if you’re going to agree to do a job, do it fairly and not biased. Don’t single out people due to how they look. Ruined the day:(

Amber at the customer service desk was amazing. She was on the phone for 30 mins trying to resolve an issue with my online order and saved me almost $150 with her efforts. Thanks for doing right by the customer
