“Love everything in there! I went for Christmas decorations and found a lot of fun things. They are a little pricy on some stuff. The person checking us out was nice, but some of the re-stockers were not so happy, and it showed.”

“My son purchased an iron garden art piece a couple years ago and the head of the ant fell off. I took the piece into the store for repair, and the owner Sam told me to come back in a couple hours and it would be ready for pick up. He welded a sturdy piece and just like that good as new! He earned my business and trust. I will be back! No questions asked.”
“I did a large purchase today of a vanity and tiles. The staff in the warehouse could not have been nicer. The vanity was too big for the car but they figured out a way to make it work and were so patient with the entire process. I was very impressed!”

Even though Ethan Allen does not manufacture this model any more, a representative took the time to find the needed parts for us and ship them to us. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome.”
“Our World Market closed in Sparks so it’s necessary for us to go to the Reno location when we need something there. It’s worth the trip though as they have products that you can only find at World Market. The store employees are so nice and helpful. We enjoy shopping there.”

“I love this place you could get lost in here for ever. My only complaint and it is definitely understandable however still an issue, things are a bit high in price, however I think that about most places now as inflation has literally gotten out of control! There is a huge selection of everything cute, and the holiday time the decor is absolutely amazing.”

“Cute little plant store, beautiful plants and great service. If you have a problem with a plant, they are going to lean towards helping you fix the problem. I have had a few issues with plants from here as anywhere, I would not say it's this store's fault as the plants are immaculate when we buy them but some just don't work out. Don't expect refunds or exchanges here, I don't think that is part of their policy. China has been really nice to us and has always been available to help with any questions or problems. If you have a plant issue, I suggest taking it here and asking what can be done. They will help you and even babysit your plants when you are on vacation, if you drop them off....”
“I love the clothes here. I wish their website was updated. I miss the Plumb Lane location by Costco. So many of my clothes are from this place...usually I go here before we go to INDY 500 in May or pirate anniversary in July.”
“We came across this store while on holiday in Reno. We're from a farming country, New Zealand, and we have plenty of Farm shops and supply stores. But this one takes the cake! It has everything you'll ever need, and some fantastic country clothing. We spent about 2 hours just wandering around the shelves, and had a lovely conversation with an employee who was well informed and very friendly. You are very lucky to have such a store!”
“If you are looking to buy nice, quality high end items well below retail, this is the store for you. This consignment store is packed with beautiful pre-owned furniture and furnishings including sofas, chairs, consoles, floor lamps, table lamps, light fixtures, bedframes, end tables, bookshelves, desks, art work, rugs, mirrors. I recently bought some treasures for my new house and the owner was wonderful in helping me to choose what looked best together. I will be checking back regularly to see what new items show up!”

“I like coming to this location as its clean and the people are friendly! I was there this past Monday afternoon. The check out gal was Monica when i came back as we forgot the bath soap that was paid for she was prompt and friendly and able to multitask. What was really refreshing was when trying on dresses and i was embarrassed a little to show my male friend as he wanted to see what they looked like & Trina was the gal working the dressing room area. She gave me a compliment that truly felt genuine and boosted my confidence and I enjoyed being in that sundress with no hesitation!! He ended up buying me 3 dresses!! Thank you Trina you made my day !!!”

“They are going out of business so it's a mad house in there. All the aisles are empty, the product is in buns in the walk way. The line was ridiculously long stretching almost back to the fabric counter. There not even anything good left in that store.”
