“I've visited this store four times, and my first three experiences were wonderful. The employees were kind and willing to negotiate fair trade deals. However, my most recent visit was disappointing.
I drove all the way from Sacramento for an expensive card, and while the initial communication was great, things took a turn. I pulled up comps, we negotiated a fair price, and I emailed them about my arrival time and my intention to do a part trade, part cash deal.
When I arrived at 11 AM, I was informed that only the owner could handle trades and that he would be in at 2 PM. This meant I had to wait for three hours at Starbucks. When I returned, the owner said they weren't doing trades at that time, which rendered my wait pointless. Additionally, since I was relying on trade credit and didn’t bring more cash since they didn’t let me know before hand that they were not doing trades, I had to pay the rest on card which added an extra $25 in credit card fees to cover the full cost.
I was especially frustrated because I had communicated my plans clearly via email and was not informed that trades were unavailable. The cards I intended to trade were valued between $50 to $300, so they were not insignificant.
I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that the owner can improve communication with customers, especially those traveling long distances. It would have also been nice if the employee could have told me or knew that they were not doing trades that way I could’ve gone back home at 11 not at 2. I genuinely enjoyed this store before this experience, and I hope future visits can reflect that again.”
“I love this place and the community. It’s so nice to be in the bigger store compared to the old days. Everyone here is helpful and has a great time enjoying the hobby. There is almost always an expert in a game or even just nerd culture in general. I highly recommend this store for people into trading card games as well as dnd or miniatures”
“.... The experience you have as human being, is potentially not related, like "your" experience at hobby lobby, or hobby lobby as an experience , is quite awfully unheard of like level of difficulty. That's a good one. But I found the hobby lobby too bring me joy, as in like fun.
I don't know about environmentally , but it's a safe place too travel too. not really opinionated with it's existence. It won't end me.
Or so it seems the lack of, the store is definitely an place for the type who love too decorate.
the possibilities are endless.
and for the crafty , or the skilled or the less fortunate, fill you heart with your head,

I actually emailed them and picked it up at the warehouse. I got to meet the artist, Roger, who was very nice and helpful. My little road is actually on the map, every time I walk by the map in my house, it brings me a little joy. Hopefully it will for you as well!”
“New store manager is fantastic and has a great vision for the store. "If we don't have it, we'll get it for you." Looking forward to the expanded paint range!”
