Hate the 8 dollar parking. In a parking lot not near anything where parking would be a issue. I'm not understanding as to why there is a fee for that. But front desk was awesome . Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Have stayed about 4 times in the past 3 months. 10/10 and pet

Nice hotel, good rooms, friendly staff. Better to just order breakfast than take the buffet. My shower didn’t work first day but they fixed it when I asked.

Arrived at 8 on Saturday night. No bar or food service. I was told only on weekdays. Called front desk multiple times with no answer to ask if our stay included breakfast. Messaged front desk from app. No response there either.Loud hotel. Slamming doors. You hear everything single thing.Worst mattress I’ve ever experienced out of any hotel. Didn’t expect this from Hilton.

Amazing experience at my Go-To Brand in the Hilton Family. Modern, updated rooms, great front desk staff and a wonderful bar and restaurant. A real pleasure for this Diamond Member!

For what we needed (a place to escape the blizzard), this place was perfect. Close to airport. Within driving distance of casinos and strip. Several restaurants close enough. Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Small bar area. Parking was easy.

My only and biggest problem with this place is that doors slam when they close. I was awakened several times one night by the noise.

Great rooms in a good area. The only problem I had was dealing with the night shift front desk worker. I show up my first night to check in after calling ahead to advise I would be late, and I end up stuck at the front door a few minutes in the cold because the front desk working is deep asleep on the couch. After finally getting inside, I ask to connect my hilton account so I can use a digital key as I'll be staying a few days; he doesn't even look up. Tells me to say the hilton account number, then without typing anything says it's connected. I had to call the next morning to actually connect it, when there was a competent worker out front. Can't imagine the luxury of being paid for a job and sleeping through most of the shift spread out on a couch in the lobby with all the lights off.

Loved this place. Washer and dryers were coin operated and not some app that rips you off. It was unfortunate the kitchen and restaurant advertised on site wasn't open otherwise I would have given this a 5 star.

The only reason i got this hotel was so that i could use the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Out of order. Listened to a child scream for two hours when trying to go to bed. Charged extra for breakfast and parking, so I'm unsure why the room rate was as high as it was. What exactly was I paying for? Spend your money elsewhere, hopefully at a place with a working hot tub.Nearby activities: Close to mt.rose

Pro's:Updated rooms like you would expect from Hilton HotelsNice and friendly staff! (Sadly the independent owner of this location is only concerned with $$$ and does not offer the staf the ability to provide expectational hospitality or the ability to surprise and delight guests as I have received at other Hilton locations).Location its located in nice area of town that has quick access to the highway and amenities.Con'sAdditional fees - $$$ (I get so frustrated when their are hidden fees or things added into the fine print at the bottom of a reservation)$8.00 nightly parking fee as a result we only stayed one night and I would not stay here again over this charge with ended up being $8.66 this really bothers me when the hotel is expensive and NOT located in a city location + has an abundance of parking around the property and none of the other stores, restaurants or establishments are charging for parking.$$$ Breakfast for the buffett it was $19.50 per person or around $15 for an al carte item. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to Grateful Gardens for a much better breakfast for the money. Or if you are looking to save money go to Sierra Gold during the week their breakfast is 50% off weekday mornings before 10am.If you read this far do yourself a favor and book a hotel somewhere else. The extra fees were too much for me and we will not be staying here in the future.

The hot tube is broken a lot and doesn't work everytime we stay. It's been broke for 2 weeks now. There is a whole bunch of hidden fees. Honestly I will never say it that hotel again. Highly don't

Fair Warning, don't stay here it's not safe and the staff and management just don't get it's about pleasing the customers and watching out for the property. Here is my story and my review;I recently stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in Reno NV on Double R Blvd. As a long-time Hilton Honors member. I specifically chose Hilton for what I viewed as the consistent quality of their properties and recognition of Honor Members. Unfortunately like many things in the last few years, this is changed. I am sure if you travel regularly, you look for a clean functional room that has a comfortable bed and possibly a spot to do some work. The hotel room was for the most part comfortable and met most expectations except the outlet at the desk did not work. What I did notice was that the room was not serviced or cleaned once over the five days that I stayed at the Hotel. I believe this started during the pandemic shutdown and they just continued the practice. On the morning of the last day, I left the room at 8:30 after doing a bit of work. As I walked to my vehicle, I felt sick to see my vehicle had been broken into. The side window smashed and the tailgate down. On further investigation, they had stolen the valuable content I had in the locked bed that had a locking bed cover. As a Safety professional, part of my job is risk and security management. When I left the truck, I emptied the interior of visible items. I had an aluminum locking bed cover and as mentioned the gate was locked. I parked as close as possible the the front entrance. This Hilton Garden Inn did not have security cameras or roving security guards. When I notified the front desk and manager the response was extremely disappointing. "Oh, you too?" Me, "What does that mean?" Well, other trucks were broken into." If there is anything we can do?" Me, "Yes I want to see the camera footage!"Manager, "Well, we don't have security cameras, but we are thinking about getting them." Then they proceeded to give me a copy of the bill which included charging me for parking.Further; How could the night staff not hear the car alarms going off? Were they sleeping on the job? Once the first guest notified Hotel Management that their vehicle was broken into they should have investigated to see if any other cars were affected. They also failed to call me to let me know my truck was one of those vehicles broken into. What is the purpose of putting a form on the dashboard with your name and room number if they never check them?I will never stay there again! I frequently travel for work and now will be looking at staying at Marriott over Hilton. As an Honors member, this is so disappointing. As a society, do we just continue to accept the lawlessness of individuals who continue to steal because there are no negative consequences? This will personally impact the cost of insurance. I was told by my agent that several insurance companies are pulling out of Nevada and California. This will affect all homeowners and businesses in these states and others as the cost continues to rise as thefts continue to rise. Our government is not effective at controlling this problem. So, what is the answer?#Hilton #hiltonhonors #renonv #fordmotorcompany #fordtrucks #riskmanagement #securitymanagement #hiltongardeninnRooms: They don't clean the rooms your entire stay.Safety: My truck and three others were broken into during my stay. there is no security and no cameras.Noteworthy details: Dont stay here. Staff are incompetent and its not safe
