Needed a temporary vehicle while ours was being serviced. Booked Hertz through Expedia, found a great deal and convenient, non-airport location. Though there were people ahead of us, we were acknowledged immediately and taken care of in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. Great overall experience!

Best experience I've ever had when renting a car. No wait at pickup or drop off, and they even gave us a ride back to our hotel. Plus, they loaned us a phone charger. True customer service from people who care!

We got a rental car through Hertz from our insurance while our car was in the shop. The car we got was in great shape, wonderful to drive, the staff was amazing and very responsive and went above and beyond to help us out. Stacy especially was amazing. No complaints, very happy!
