I bought 4 tires for my truck. They told me they had them in stock when I got there they only had bigger tires I said can I get the correct sz when they come in. ? They said yes. I'm now stuck with tires too big and they won't exchange them or return them. He told me to sell them,? It's been 3 weeks? That's poor business

Seriously amazing. Total of 60$ for a used tire including putting it on and everything and it only took 10 minutes tops and it's all walk in. I had the best experience and absolutely recommend them they deserve recognition.

Been there twice and will not go back!! They put on a 'new' tire supposedly, but instantly, i'm having issues with that same tire! Not the greatest customer service either. If I could give zero stars, I would go somewhere else for your tire needs

I came into the Gutierrez tire shop this morning because of a nail in my tire. They got it patched up and ready to go within an hour. But while waiting there, I saw the engagement from the owner to the customer as well his employees. I saw a business that serves their community and of course it’s local. I highly recommend this place for any services they offer.

I'm a first time customer...
Jessica on the phone and Christian at the front desk were both professional and efficient... & they picked up the phone quickly!
The price was reasonable, there's a waiting area inside [big]. I sat outside on a chair in the shade.
It seemed like only a few minutes.I had to attend to my phone and it was all over.
I left with confidence for a long road trip I'm heading out on tonight.
They are on the East Side of the street on Sutro north of Wedekind. Catch the second driveway, where the sign is to be in the front.

Used them for tires and had a good experience. Solid service. I'm writing this review because today I went in with a flat tire with a bad valve stem 20 minutes before closing and they took care of it by the time I put away my spare tire tools. QUICK and no questions asked. Thanks Gutierrez!
