Lived here 3 years. Cheryl the manager is amazing! How she keeps this place so clean and safe is amazing for just one person. Whatever she gets paid she deserves twice as much!

If I could rate this place a negative star, I"d rate it an infinite number of negative stars. If you can help it, never stay at this place. We stayed in room 307 and it was INFESTED with bed bugs. In the walls, in the furniture, in the baseboards, coming from the outlets, outside on the balcony, on the floor, climbing up the walls...EVERYWHERE!! Cheryl the manager accused us of bringing the bugs with us! I have never seen a bed bug in my life until this. We noticed the bugs the first day we checked it but circumstances forced us to stay in this dump for 3 months. 3 exterminations later and WE STILL HAD BUGS! Next level bugs! They would bite our bodies and FACES while we slept and they got into everything...our bags, our shoes, our clothes. They even came out in the day time. Found them all over the room day and night, even in the bathroom. I took them to work and they bit my feet all day long. I still have scars on my feet. I'm traumatized for the rest of my life. Cheryl was so rude about the entire situation and trivialized our concerns. She made us PROVE to her that we had bugs by catching them and showing them to her. She finally believed us when she came to our room and flipped our bed, and about a thousand bugs came running out of the box spring. We brought some personal furniture to the room but had to leave it behind because it got infested with eggs and bugs. My husband drives for a living and he was never able to sleep because he was getting bitten every night. We brought this concern to Cheryl and her response was "It's not that bad." She refused to give us another room and refused to remove the infested furniture. WE WERE STUCK! As soon as we found somewhere else to go, we got the heck out of there. Honestly, I would be homeless before ever going back to this place. The only way to get rid of the bugs here is to burn the place down. I hope it eventually gets condemned. It should be illegal what goes on at that place. Run now and find somewhere else to stay.

This place smelled of death. The woman that nannies the place. Needs an attitude change. She is very judgemental. Avoid this place at all costs

They have bed bugs and they act as if they've never heard of the issue. The bed spread had blood stains from what seems to be where other guests killed a few bugs . When we complained about the bugs the young girl said they had an inspection and everything was fine now and the reviews about the bed bugs were old.

I liked having a large refrigerator and there were no insects. I also liked having a balcony with a view of downtown Reno.

It's a mediocre motel, but the manager was nice. The refrigerator leaked, but at least there was one. As motels go, it wasn't too bad.

Carpets are extremely old and dirty. Room is minimally clean. No heat in several rooms. Old refrigerators and microwaves available in some rooms, was told by management if either stopped working was up to the tenant to replace them not management. Hot water in shower fluctuates from lukewarm to scalding hot constantly; potential burn hazard if tenant doesn't move out of the way quick enough. Various handwritten and misspelled/grammatically incorrect signs placed throughout motel. Elevator is "use at your own risk" according to one of these signs. Very advanced and sophisticated surveillance system in place throughout motel; but no extra expense placed on rooms and amenities. Manager concerned more with enforcement than meeting guests needs and providing adequate lodging. General sense of discomfort, especially when handwritten and photocopied threat of "searching every tenants room for missing vacuum from office" is taped on every door of the motel. Large amount of management policy and rules in place for very minimal accommodations.

I love staying here the lady ms. Shirl runs a great place she works very hard and keeps the grounds very clean and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely refer this place to stay at.

You cannot have overnight guests you can't have people stay after 8 if this happens they will evict you might as well be in jail manager listens at your door invasion of privacya lot of harassment for no reason I've been here over 2 years and they treat me like I'm a stranger I forgot we also have bed bugs and I know it one of their renter's was infested and they spread throughout the building major hassle

I am an disabled woman and I make this place home. The managers are easy to get along with. I also like that there is a curfew for the guests of the residents...no company before 8am and no company after 8pm.I have lived here just about a year.
