“I will make this short and sweet since my visit was the same.I came here on February 26, 2022, eight days after their grand opening, drawn in by their loss leader gas prices, which were about one dollar less per gallon than other gas stations in Reno. I do generally use Top Tier gas, but I made an exception this time.My fill-up went smoothly, and I used their app at the pump after going inside to give them a cash deposit. The app gave me a nice discount for a first-time user, on top of their already low prices. Still, the cash price they advertised on their sign outside was even lower. I inquired within, and the cashier did not know why. But her supervisor was right there and she professionally explained that I have to not use the app to get store's advertised price, and the price using the app was different (corporate), even though I also paid in cash. Good enough. I am satisfied with the explanation I got. Both employees were terrific and friendly!While there, I shopped around and used one of the welcome bonuses I got for signing up for the app. I ended up getting a free pack of sugar-free gum, lol. But hey, I liked it and used it!Everything was clean, both inside and outside, and it was not too crowded, the store being new.I apologize for not getting photos inside while I was there. I also could have taken pics where the store was being built, as I drove past there each day. Oh well.Their prices have gone up since, competitive with other Reno stations, but that is to be expected. The store is in a good location, with lots of industrial business nearby on Rock Boulevard and Longley Lane, so it is in a good location.”

“I'm writing this review on a gas station/mini mart for ONE reason.... For the Mexican food, obviously. Sounds weird, but check it out... This unassuming gas station has a small take out only Mexican restaurant inside. While they have a small menu, it covers the gamut of what you'd expect. Tacos, burritos and the like. But as it was morning, and I hadn't yet woken all the way up, I needed breakfast burrito and some spicy salsa. And the one I got was amazing! Just so happens they have a hot stand with some recently made selections, which normally I'm sketch on, but this place? They were so enthusiastic about the food they sell, I had to give the chorizo burrito in the hot case a try. The guy behind the counter was all smiles as he talked about how fresh it was, and gave me a couple spicy salsas. Took it home, unwrapped, and saw this thing was tightly wound and packed, not falling apart. Score! It was double wrapped in both foil and paper, so it held its moisture and heat in. Score! I take a bite - delicious! Chorizo, eggs, taters, peppers, great stuff. The salsa was really good too. Alternating between the green and red kept it interesting, and by the end of it I was completely convinced this place doesn't make "gas station" food. They just make good food, period. If I ordered this at a "restaurant" and they put this burrito in front of me, I'd be happy, straight up no lie. And for $7, not a bad deal either, for what you get. Can't wait to go back and see what else they can knock out of the park!”
“I currently work at Maverik in Panther valley. I really enjoy working there and enjoy the customers the regulars and the new ones, I enjoy my co workers and have a great time working with them. I think this store is great sometimes things happen and we have some set backs but other than that warmer is stocked and our cooler and fresh salads and sandwiches and donuts and coffee.”

“A short little shopping trip, but a nice one at least!The store was very clean and clear of clutter! The aisles were all very well organized, and the employees were all nice.The food I went in to grab was made quickly, packaged for me quickly, and a cheap price too!Definitely a nicer looking Smith's than the one back in Sparks, give this Smith's a try, it's a good one!”

“I donate plasma twice a week this little convenience store is right down from the bus stop that I take going back home they have all the juice and snacks I need to refresh and replenish my body after I'm done donated the staff is friendly and helpful they always give me a cup of ice and I don't have to pay for it they have a restroom that you can actually use in these days of covid”

“Easy pull up to stations as there wasn't any lines. We usually go to Costco but decided to stop in to top off on the gas. We grabbed a couple items for our mini vacation stay @GSR. No complaints”

“I really really wish I knew about Biggest Little Baby when I was pregnant. It is a wonderful resource and community. I'm so grateful I found them when my son was 6 months old; I felt totally alone at the time, I had no support, no family near by - Google was my only resource. I found the Baby Circle group. It just feels so good to have a safe space to talk through successes and barriers/challenges, to know I am not alone, and to feel heard. It's wonderful to meet other moms and young babies and for my son to have a fun/safe space to play! We love Biggest Little Baby!!”

“We visited family for xmas and stopped in for lunch the day before. It was understandably slammed, but the front host and mgr were on their game. Polite and professional, we didn't actually have to wait long. When we sat down, our server was also on the ball. Food came out quickly and hot, I was actually impressed for a Denny's. Crispy hashbrowns, chz in my omelette was melted, all our food was great. Never had to wait for coffee. I don't usually review Denny's it is what it is, but this one I thought was especially well run, so great job!”

I am sure that the convenience of being the only Gas station Mini Mart currently operating between Sixth & Wells all the way South to Plumb & Wells Ave earns this site as a 5 Star rating!Katy Corner from the Community Health Alliance on the east side of wells Ave makes accessible to CHA patrons, VA Ee's & its client as well as the Iocal neighborhood vehides!The mini mart itself serves all the basic commodities such as Hot & Cold beverages (beer to hot coffee!) at prices comparable to similar size mkts. Candy, snacks & canned food is also available. Sundries and personal hygiene products are also stocked.Tobacco products (cigarettes, ZYN, Cope & rolling tobacco) as well as distilled spirits are available from behind the cashier's counter.A small, 4 machine, Gaming bank is located along the front aisle. Note: MAX bet is ten coins rather than the standard 5 coin bet on several of the games.Tire inflation may be had for a small fee, Diesel fuel, & I believe, Money orders are also available...: i'll snap a few photos & post the hours of operation the next time I visit.Being the Ides of March as of this post...lets all hope the Long, Snowy & wet winter of 2022/2023 to have lightened up by then! “I live close to this place and been there countless times. Between Chevron's TechRon, Shell's V-Power and Maverik, I always get the best results from Chevron (when I don't use Rainbow Market); my GasBuddy app even thinks so. It's so convenient to be able to pick up food and Red Bull here before I go to work and alcohol afterwards. For a while, all the Marlboro Blacks were being bought out in a rush. Chevron on Stead was the only one out of popular retailers to have at least 50s. NO NEED for MASKS ANYMORE!”
