Do not order an appliance from this place. Worst experience ever. We ordered a new dishwasher and the guys who installed it improperly installed the kick plate and also did something to the water pressure so that only a trickle comes out of the faucet. I scheduled a visit for them to fix it. The guys who showed up laughed about how badly the kickplate was installed and said we needed to call a plumber for the water pressure. I scheduled a follow up visit, drove all the way up from the Bay Area, and then was told the visit had been canceled because they don't fix plumbing. No notification the visit was canceled, and no attempt to make things right. Avoid. Incompetent installers and poor customer service

A guy in the Christmas lot told us that they no longer tie trees to the roof of cars "because of liability" issues. Knew this could not be the case. I probed and he said he would call his Manager. The Manager must have asked "who told you that"? He replied one of the Managers, had no name. I pointed to the sign where they saw off the trunk and wrap the tree, the area roped off from the public... it was a sign for the employees titled, "procedures for tying trees to cars." He tied the tree finally. So, it was just me and my elderly mother and nobody else, but one couple who were not yet done shopping. This guy didn't want to move his lazy *** to help us. Well Merry F**** Christmas Mother F****. NEVER coming back to this particular HD. For any Managers reading this... This was clear discrimination. If you don't want your employees to attract a civil lawsuit against HD, you better wake up and train this idiot - not just to provide decent customer service, but how to not act like a filthy little POS.

I like home depot. I know it's a chain hardware store. But the employees give you that hometown main street feel. So very nice and helpful. They take their time in explaining what works best when it comes to your issues. Like finding the tools for a job big or small. When i leave i feel a little bit smarter. Only negative i have is the self check out. I am not a fan. If I'm gonna do the job of an employee shouldn't i get a percentage off my bill?

do not buy any appliance from this company. All items are trucked across the country by UPS and seriously damaged. People have complained and I just tried to pickup a freezer that was ruined in shipping. This company will not stock any items and will only ship via UPS which is a crap company.

The Reno location on South Virginia has extremely helpful team members. The gent that help us with our lumber project was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of time in completing our varied projects. Lots of choices on supplies and materials. Great values as well!!

I was redirected to this store when purchasing online for same day pickup. when we got to the store, they had none of the items we ordered, even though the online inventory only listed this store as having the items we ordered. Very frustrating to not be able to have inventory updated.

Giving this store another bad review !!! I should have know when the guy said it's great to use this adhesive to affix the black splash in the kitchen and said set it and forget it lol. Pictures will say it all wish I still had the packaging for the brand I bought but I'm sure it's a Home Depot special brand for sure. Shop Lowe's it seems like they truly hire people that know what they are talking about and also sell good products that work

We needed a new outdoor table because our overpriced pottery barn one lasted all of one season before it started to warp (it was covered whenever there was weather). So we headed to the Home Depot. Sean helped us by finding the table we liked, bringing it out and loading it. He was so nice and helpful. It honestly threw me off because customer service at bigger stores and warehouses is essentially non existent. The whole staff was super friendly. Saying hello and greeting when people enter and telling people to have a great day as they left. Just wow. So awesome. Damian is always friendly as well. He is the best and makes our day when we run into him. Thanks for the breath of fresh air and positive trip!

Never use their services for installing windows. Installation was a disaster, and the Install Manager is remote and detached from his responsibilities with no follow through. After a year, they stood me up twice to deliver a screen that doesn't lock properly. Never again

Quality/Quantity - Consistent, my DIY place.Good quality at very reasonable prices.FYI - If Walmart sells the same or similar item, it is usually cheaper there, when it's in stock...Atmosphere - Consistent, but the Home Depot on Steamboat is my favorite because they have less customers.Giant home improvement warehouse with the best prices.Self service, usually has everything I need and when I need it.Plenty of parking, but lots of speed bumps in the parking lot, kind of excessive.Open 7 days a week, see my picture, Yelp or website for specific hours as it differs slightly.Service - GREAT return policies!!Self service, so GREAT service, LOL.Price - I don't check, reasonable prices for good quality products.Amazing return policy.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1978, now with 2312 locations and growing. Ranked #5 (2020) on the Fortune 500. What would take you to 5 stars overall is customer service.

Second time they have done this now. I buy something on their website that they say they have in stock. Both times this has happened the item seemed pretty nice and at a decent price. I was looking forward to getting it. This time it was pots for my daughter's plants, ones she actually liked the look of and were the correct size. I have bought other things at the same time thinking I would get what I needed all at once. Then, the nice items that I wanted are canceled off the order. All the normal crap at normal prices gets shipped, even though I tell them to cancel the whole order if they can not deliver the whole order. Then I have to fight with them to get my money back. The local store seems to be really poorly managed. If the management at the local store has no idea what they do and do not have in stock, why are these bad managers not replaced? Home Depot used to be a respectable company...

We visited this location to get Copy's of our keys, Tom was the one who helped us. Great customer service, and made sure our keys were perfect. Great salesperson. This location has great customer service in general everyone was greeting us, overall a good experience !

I usually need to shop here in the evenings or late afternoon and they always have a bunch of teenagers working who know nothing about products or customer service. I don't go here any longer.

Purchased a $3000 sliding glass door but with Covid there were limited installers so we went ahead and picked it up. They were scheduling far out and we couldn't be sure that far ahead due to family issues. So we went ahead with the purchase and the person who helped us at the time was nice and said to call when ready to install. Fast forward about 9 months later and finally have time to get the door installed. Went back to Home Depot for some help or even just a list of contractors. There was a woman working who went out of her way to be rude. She was dismissive and short tempered. Even interrupting other employees who tried to be helpful. I won't list all the details here but will be calling the manager to explain. Not concerned with the fact they couldn't help but this woman was incredibly rude. Taking my pro account elsewhere.
