The vacuums were off (as in completely disconnected) and they were an additional cost. For a touchless basic wash it was $12 for spotfree rinse it was an extra $2. My car was adequately clean, but the front still had quite a bit of bugs and road yuck on it when done. With other much less costly options ($4 for the basic wash) in every direction this seems really overpriced for what is done. At this price point I would expect free vacuums.

Got ripped off by quarter machine, but the owner paid me back good place.

I used to use this car wash every week when it was Futura.Unfortunately now that it is Sure Clean it sure does not clean your car and is pricer than it use to be. I have been going elsewhere to a touch less one that does a much better job for less money.I just tried this Sure Clean again today since I was in the neighborhood and my car came out like it had not even been washed and the windows were all full of spots and this was with the middle grade wash. I can do a better job with my garden hose. I won’t be coming back here again.Very disappointed how the quality of this car wash has gone down.

Credit card readers are all inoperable, at least on the hand wash stations. Came back with quarters, it was OUT of SOAP. Two trips and $2.50 in quarters for some spray water, no foam brush, no spray soap, nothing. Called the phone number for service issues, of course no one picked up and the voice mail was full. The only reason I go here is that it's in our neighborhood. Will go elsewhere from now on.

I used this car wash for years but awhile back I noticed prices had went up. I payed 15 dollars but wash was lacking triple foam. So I will no longer use this car wash (not maintained)

Just left this car wash today very upset. Futura took better care of this building then sure clean. Nothing worked in the only bay opened not even machines to pay or get change from, vacuum cleaner wouldn’t accept quarters. Notified the maintenance staff that was working on site already. Both reported to me they don’t repair the DIY bays or the payment machines. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Use the coin operated. Last time i used my bank card i only used 2 cycles at $2.50 ea, but charged my card $15. Now I only use my quarters (good luck finding these now, no businesses nor banks will sell $10 rolls no longer) and costs me $5.00.

I have almost always used the hand washing tools provided. It gets my truck clean for $5.00 in quarters or less. 4 stars because the vacuums are sub par. Otherwise a good place to save $$ over the super washes.

The credit card readers take your card, charge you the initial $2.50 but the hand car wash tool never turn on. You can't stop the timer until it charges you the $2.50. There is a phone number on the machine but it just goes to a generic answering machine that is full. You cannot speak with anyone or even leave a message.

Comically bad (at least the touch free part of the wash).Spent $9 for this. The funniest part to me is that the drivers side of my car is much cleaner than the passenger side. Must be an issue with the passenger side “arm” that comes around during the cleaning process. Then you have the dryer that starts up a solid 15 seconds or so before the “direction board” tells you to leave. So you miss 15 seconds of dry time, then it counts the time the dryers are spooling down as part of the dry time. So if the counter says you have 15 seconds left, that means you that the dryers have shut off already or are just about to, and for 15 seconds some less than prime amount of air is going to be coming out, down to a light breeze.

I love this self service car wash! It's never busy, in a sense I never have to wait for a stall. I work overnights, so I come here on my days off- typically in the middle of the night. It is well lit, and I feel safe vacuuming my car in back. Everything works every time, and when washing, there is plenty of soap, and ample water when rinsing. I live on the South side of town now, but I will go out of my way to wash my car here always!

This goes for ALL of these self-wash places, CHECK to make sure the sprayer/brush work before you put in your money. If there is someone in front of your washing and it looks good (lemming rule), go for it. If not, don't be the one to find out it's broken. In defense of these places, their business model and pricing does not support having staff there 24/7. That, coupled with more and more people living out of their vehicles or traveling/van-life, and the amount of extra wear and tear on these facilities recently (as well as people who abuse the equipment) is impossible for the owners to keep up with or fix quickly with supply shortages. So buyer beware (this goes for ALL places like this) but in my experience, and I have been coming here a while on my way back from late season skiing, Playa camping, or cross-country/semi-cross-country, is more than acceptable.Fun hack for these places is to bring your own sponge/glove and not use the brushes. Always better their their brushes which people use to wash all kinds of vehicles, and toys, and even the undersides of their vehicles and under the hood.

This is the best car wash. The owner has just informed me that he sold the business and I am really going to miss him. He was always kind to me and the car wash was easy for me to navigate. I hope the new owners are nice. They should reopen by this weekend.
