I might as well have given my 5 year old nephew some safety scissors. Both of my Yorkies got hacked. $100 for my dogs to be 1/2 cut- literally, one ear trimmed. Even worse, this was the third time they had been there and they have no record of it.

This is a very small shop so they do struggle a little with scheduling. However, they are very friendly and clearly care about taking care of our dog. We've been taking Bella there for years. Their prices are very reasonable and Bella acts 10 years younger after she gets groomed. They are also great about getting us in on short notice.

My dog was injured here causing me very much money in vet trips and surgical repair of the area. The groomer was sorry but the owner denied it. Do not bring your dog here no matter what. They are careless and heartless. They didn't even tell me. Before you leave any groomer please check your dog all over the body, face, eyes, and feet to ensure no injuries or nicks are present. Your dog can flinch and get injured or worse. I have heard others report injuries here also! Some fatal to a pregnant dog. Not cool! Word gets around! You could have just paid my vet bills and I would have forgiven you and come back. Now you get yelped. Don't deny when you know your guilty!

They do the best job on my dog and they deal with my dogs desperation anxiety and he has it bad so they now get him in and out fast without a problem I just let them known when booking that it's him and they work him in. He is a bad bad Barker sigh.

scheduled an appointment today at 3:30, my husband got off of work early to take our dog to the groomers and they were closed. He waited until 3:50 and ended up leaving. This is completely unacceptable!!!

They did an amazing job on my dog! He came in super matted and gross and they fixed him up great.

I wish I could leave less than one star. I went to take my dog to the groomer after getting a confirmation email that he was scheduled at 10:30am. The dog was locked and the lights were off. I waited around for 30 minutes in case they were running late and tried calling twice. No one showed.
