“When my parents moved to Reno, I discovered Bumblebee Blooms and was determined to order from them due to their name. 4 years ago I discovered they did Thomas Kincaid arrangements at Christmas. It’s been a tradition each year since to get an arrangement with the yearly Thomas Kincaid arrangement.

I called them in October to see if by chance they had this year’s piece. I explained my father was in poor health and we were celebrating Christmas and my parents’ anniversary in October. Katie said the ceramic design for 2024 wasn’t going to ship until mid November. She even offered to let me borrow one of her own collection my parents hadn’t already received. But Katie worked her magic and talked Teleflora into shipping rush so she could make my arrangement. My parents were thrilled and decided the skating rink this year was their favorite.

Thank you Katie and staff for always taking good care of my Reno family. We celebrated on the 19th and my dad passed away in the middle of the night on the 23rd. These arrangements I’ve been sending meant every bit as much to my dad as my mom. This one will be most special to me because of Katie and her Teleflora magic.”

“Came by her shop one day as a friend recommended this place. My intentions were simple to get a bouquet for my GF. I met with Julie and gave her a few bits of what i wanted in said bouquet using only details of my GF's likes and dislikes and i asked her to make me something special. JULIE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. She blew my expectations away. Family/localy owned was my goal. This is the place.”

“I don’t write a whole lot of reviews, but after seeing the reviews posted about this shop, I find it necessary. I usually read reviews, but I had placed the order already and I am so happy I did. The reviews on Google do not align with my experience. I had ordered the flowers for my sister and her husband as sympathy flowers. I sent them and was nervous after I read the reviews. My sister wasn’t home the day of delivery which was supposed to be last Thursday. The delivery company contacted her, then me. It had turned out my sister snuck away for the weekend. They offered to hold the flowers and see to their care until Monday when she returned home. I was still nervous what they may look like. If there is one negative I can say, to be fair the orchid was white and the picture showed a purple orchid. But, I had agreed to allowing a replacement color if stock of the purple was out, so I can’t really complain. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and I was blown away. An absolute incredible arrangement. She also stated the picture didn’t do it justice. I just want to personally thank the floral shop and the delivery service for such wonderful work and customer service. You guys delivered light to my sister and brother in law during a dark period. Thank you thank you thank you!”
