I did a large purchase today of a vanity and tiles. The staff in the warehouse could not have been nicer. The vanity was too big for the car but they figured out a way to make it work and were so patient with the entire process. I was very impressed!

If you're tired of the underpaid constantly rotating staff of the big box stores, this is one of the last places left where they have good service and you are greeted and they help you. Good if not better prices than the big boxes

I recently had my first major purchase here involving a master bath remodel. From the design team to the pro-desk to everyone in between, I had a great experience. From product knowledge suggestions and corrections to the design in my head to what was possible. The entire team took extra time to ensure I had all the right peripheral products and the right products in general to make sure I had everything to get the job done. I'm in commercial real estate and pro desks at other box stores aren't typically this attentive. I would highly recommend this store and the Reno team that makes it what it is. I've seen other reviews on them and a lot has to do with you get what you pay for. Talk to contractors before buying, even if you do it yourself. The cheaper the product, the cheaper the finish and the harder it is to install. Most consumers see the price and do not ask how hard it is to install lol.

They have a great selection at affordable prices. The main reason for my 5 star review is Clara. Clara was beyond nice and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that an employee took the time to learn about the products in the store.

We've been converting carpeted rooms to tiled floor little by little. This is a good place for tile shopping. Selection is great, and the store is well organized. Some good sample installations in the front area to give you some ideas. Just bought a second set of tiles and grout. All of their staff is very helpful and nice. Another good thing is that unused tiles are returnable granted that they are not damaged. Definitely check the fine prints but it's so convenient. Only wish they had more eclectic style, like southwestern Talavera tiles... because of the recent popular look, everything is gray/white... I wanted some warmer colors, but they are not easy to find.

Excellent staff. I made a purchase on 11/14/2023 and two gentleman by the names Jeremiah and Mo helps me to carry the very heavy boxes to my car. Definitely recommend this store.
