This is a great little gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Also, all the people there are friendly and the overall vibe is very welcoming. Great equipment, including stations for squats and deadlifts, which not all gyms have these days. I highly recommend this place.

I joined this gym because of the group fitness classes. The owner, Paul, recently cancelled 2/5 of the 11:00 am classes. He stated that it was because the group was "disruptive". Wow. Actually, he just didn't want to pay instructor costs for those two classes. When numerous members complained, he retaliated by firing the instructor completely, so now there are NO classes. Additionally, I received personal training from this instructor at this gym, so that's been cancelled as well. Well, what I cancelled is my membership. Most members of these classes have also quit this gym, so Paul's actions have cost him more than just instructor fees.

I called and spoke with Cody. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. When I arrived he was there, Cody showed me around the facility and told me all the bells and whistles the club has to offer. I love the fact that it's very close to the house, open 24 hour access for members and plenty of parking. The other gyms in the area don't offer 24 hour access and have parking. The facility is very clean even when the staff are not there. I enjoy coming here to exercise anytime I feel like it. That is one of the best features.

My family of four goes here. It’s a small gym that lacks much of the equipment on my wish list but what it does have is clean and never falling apart. They are clean and provide towels along with solid customer service. If you want a large gym with everything in it maybe keep searching but if you want a nice location that is clean and friendly try them out!

No lies or exaggerating… Flex is THE BEST gym in Reno/Sparks. Come see for yourself. Clean, 24/7, showers, great equipment, most amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff, variety of machines, and a class room with FREE fitness classes for members. Get in and join the flex fam!

I called to get more information about the paid in full membership and what that entails. The girl that answer was rude, her tone was as if I was bothering her with my question. When I asked her my last question about going into the gym and signing up she just replied with a "yup" then I replied back "ok great thanks" and then she hung up. Not even a "thank you" or anything customer service relayed. The whole conversation was very off putting and left a bad taste in my mouth. It sucks because the gym looks great, that one interaction left me with a crappy feeling about it.

Best Gym in Town! Super clean, friendly, quality equipment, and even great class options included in the membership! Flex Appeal has it all. Even fellow members are friendly, encouraging and welcoming. It's like the gym family you've always wanted! These places (gyms/studios) can be intimidating, but not Flex. This place checks all the boxes...do yourself a favor and check it out.
