I’m giving this place 5 stars because of the convenience of being able to smoke cannabis on your own private balcony! Hotels with your own private patio/balcony are very rare. If the owners had any business sense, they would market this place as a cannabis friendly hotel. (As long as you keep door closed so smell doesn’t come in. )

Refused someone's service animal I saw trying to check in and had people doing drugs outside my room.Car don't feel safe parked here.Had 2 Crack heads fighting in the lobby when checking out.Was crazy to just people watch around here but can't sleep well with druggies wandering the parking lot and no windows to view your car from the rooms

If i could leave -5 stars I would. The manager / front desk gentleman was all but gentle & nothing but rude. Their policies r asinine & require a $100 deposit yet rooms r dirty & service is anything but with a smile. More like a grumpy

Oh my goodness. Where to start. My room was disgusting. The people at check in were rude as all hell. The only high point was when the receptionist kept telling us no smoking (even though we are non smokers) and we drove around to our room and there were people with a full sized bbq grill cooking there food there. It was funny to us.

2/14/2024First, the good stuff. Their water pressure is the best I've seen in a long time.Now the icky stuff. This was a big deal for my wife; there was no stopper for the tub, so there was no evening bath. Then, insult to injury, since I took a shower early in the morning, I got the only wash cloth. She was not thrilled that there was not a second wash cloth to wash her face in the morning. Now the list; cigarette burns in the bed spread and shower curtain in a non-smoking room, the bed side lamp did not work, the TV kept buffering, and the whole facility was run down in general.Reminder to self, don't return to this place.One star ?

Took 100 dollars.. from us on our depisit just to take out the garbage that we had left in a bag. The place is in shambles.. a tweeker haven. Bon fires in the parking lot.. wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for any reason.. nasty filthy place with

Rooms are Large, really good amount of space. While I don't have a pet yet, this would be a great hotel for someone w/ a dog(s) and are pet friendly. Rooms are nice and quiet and staff was just right when asking any questions. Convenient Shopping, Restaurant s, & Banking surround the property in all directions Truly enjoyed the space & greatly appreciated the peace during my stay here and this is the only hotel I'd suggest in Reno if you're looking for a Value hotel room. Thank You Econo Lodge if Reno , NV ~MorganRooms: Quiet and A lot of spaceNearby activities: Shopping & Casino surround this property in every direction and all within a stones throwFood & drinks: Surrounded by many. I particularly enjoyed the 24 hr donut shop across the street.

They literally had left over food in the microwave. Room had cigarettes on the floor and in the balcony. Got out and requested a refund for the room. See pictures for more.

4 night stay. Advertises breakfast but had none. Did not clean room or even offer to clean room. Had to walk to office for each question or problem no phone no wifi. Advertises things they don't provide.

I'm giving this place no stars. The bed has evidence of bed bugs. It was the worst place I've ever stayed at. These people are only here to rip you off. I put a hundred dollar deposit and I've have never in my life not gotten a deposit back. They are only here to rip you off so the failing ghetto motel can stay above water. They didn't give my deposit back because they made up a story about a dog being in my room and that's why I didn't get my deposit back, but yet they have bed bugs and the room wasn't clean to begin with and not to mention the drug addicts. They just ripped my kids Christmas money off. Not to mention the crowd of people they have in and out, a bunch of drug addicts. I was concerned about my safety here. When walking into my room there was foils on the ground with black residue and uncapped needles. It is completely ghetto it looks more like a trap house. I think in order to keep people's money like that they should have rented me a clean room to begin with and should have clean grounds without drug paraphernalia laying everywhere and I shouldn't have been scared for my safety.Rooms: We're filthy hair in the bathroom and they are completely outdated.Safety: They are not safe whatsoever there is a bunch of drug addicts it looks more like a trap houseNoteworthy details: There is drug paraphernalia laying around the grounds. BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGSI checked into room 616 around midnight on December 1, 2023, had a busier day than anticipated on the 2nd and had to extend my stay. On the morning of the 3rd, while turning off my 5 AM alarm, in the faint glow of my cell phone light, I saw little black spots scurrying across my sheets...BED BUGS!!! I have pictures and videos of the incident in room 616. Upon making my discovery of the BED BUGS, I was able to kill 3 of the BED BUGS, and brought the dead BED BUGS to the front desk to show them and check out. The BED BUGS didn't seem to phase the counter person, I guess it's just another day for them. When I asked for a refund I was given the run around along with a 1 800 number that could offer me points instead of a suiting compensation. It may be cheap here, but there's better for less in the immediate area. God BlessNoteworthy details: Only stay here if you have low standards and high tolerance for BED BUGS.

Is cheap, don’t expect too much. But front desk service is terrible! I manage a hotel in Tahoe and let me tell you something, I know how it works, they don’t even take calls at front desk, lady is just talking on her phone and the hotel phone is ringing all day long. They don’t offer also early check in with an extra fee! That’s crazy, whoever manage this hotel, u guys are paying people that don’t deserve those positions.

The customer service is horrible and they do not help their customers. My baby and I have a late flight and just needed a room for the day. I reserved through priceline and called the hotel to arrange and early checkin. The desk clerk was extremely rude and didn't even try to help me. She just said we don't do that, and that's ridiculous. I've worked in hotel service for many years, there always a way and even a manager approval for extenuating circumstances. This lady just gave me attitude and shut sme down without any empathy or care. I would never bring my business here. ? no compassion or understanding at all and no service!
