Out of the last 4 shipments I have had to ship through fedex, 3 have had issues, with one being totally lost. Do not recommend. Use UPS or even USPS

Fed Ex is horrible with their deliveries to apartments in the Sparks/Spanish Springs area. They lie saying we are not home while we are home. There is no requirement for us to be home for the delivery. We have a delivery of 2 of 2 boxes where they delivered 1 of 2, but keep lying for 2 days they couldn't deliver because we were not home. We are going to notify the company we bought our product from to let them know how bad Fed Ex is this area.

FedEx is very deceptive and very unreliable. They have been holding my package hostage for four days. Every day it is out for delivery by three in the afternoon, and after three it changes to a weather delay. There is no weather delay issues. The weather is clearing in the 50s. Their customer service is scripted and worthless. They can’t actually answer a question, only read the script or notes on the shipment. They are poorly managed and understaffed. This is a constant issue, not a one off.

This place is ridiculous!! Constantly saying they “attempted to deliver” despite never once trying. They drove to my garage, not my front door and pulled away as I was opening the garage to sign for my package. They then proceeded to send my package to the ship center 20 minutes from my house. Ridiculous. Listen to the other people in these reviews and do not ship with FedEx. Your customers will always be missing their orders or end up getting them late and it will end up costing you money.

Had a package that was supposed to be overnighted. However it didn't arrive so I had to drive 70 miles from Janesville to get it. It wasn't the staff on duties fault. They were very friendly and helpful in my stressed out mood. Thank you.

I had a delivery to a customer site, and the customer changed the date and time they needed the delivery, so I tried online and also called and talked to a person to get the delivery held at the sorting facility. The people I talked to could not help me, and their app also did not work, and they could not help me get the part held for pickup at the FedEx facility. Sad!

Incompetence at the highest level. Delivered an extremely expensive package to the wrong house, then argued with me it was delivered and the case could be closed. Took them a week to “investigate” the situation, then admitted they lost the package and I would need to call my shipper. Horrible service.

Totally sucked. Went to Capital office and 2299 oddie Blvd office. Both sucked. Not able to print ship labels with all the info at hand. Inadequate got to go try another office.never using them again
