I haven’t been here for years because of the service and capabilities in the past but I came in a few days ago and was so happy with the experience. Colton was a life saver today and handled my print order with so much care. When the gramets would have cut off words, he called and let me send in a new file to fix it. I was then able to pick up my order quickly which I was so thankful for today. I appreciated both calls , one for the problem and one to let me know it was ready. The customer service was super!

I was the 2nd in the store and then due to oblivious customer service reps was the last to be helped. I waited 30 minutes because my flight to go visit my mother was cancelled due to medical reasons, and I needed a fast delivery to her. The box was full but under 15 lbs. they wanted 250.00 for 3 day delivery. ? When I said that can’t be right, they then wanted their $6.00 box back. What a scam. Keep your overpriced cardboard.
