I have used this NEW location twice now. Once before Christmas and once afterwards. I went in the first time about 1pm and the second time about 10am and did not have to wait to be helped by their very friendly staff members.

This place is a joke! You can't ship things with batteries. Came here to ship a broken phone and they wouldn't accept it and told me to go elsewhere.
