There's never a wait, everyone is always friendly and they measure the packages honestly, if your box is 18" long, then that is what is put into the price. They don't falsely inflate measurements like a certain other company. I will definitely be back the next time I need to ship something and I recommend this location.

Wendi, the associate, was extremely helpful and generous. When I entered the store she was about to go on break, but instead stayed and helped me complete my order. Superb customer services skills and I am beyond grateful and impressed!

I come to this location because Wendy is such an amazing person, and a delight to see when I come in! She always goes out of her way to help me anyway she can!! And it's not just with me. I see her treat every customer that way! I hope this company realizes how valuable she is, and appreciates her!!! Because employees like her are hard to find!!

This FedEx store is located inside the Walmart along the entrance wall, right next to the Service desk (if you're facing the exits/service desk, look to the right ). Don't believe the low rating--I walked in with low expectations and was blown away.Everything was clearly labeled, and the sales associate was incredibly helpful: she had materials about printing Covid signage for reopening businesses ready to go and on display, she flagged all their printing promos (some better than other FedExes in the area), and she made printing a breeze (I emailed her my document, and she had it in seconds). I'm sad I didn't get her name, because I'd love to commend her to Noah (who she said was the manager).I have never walked out of a printing business, much less one in a Walmart, wanting to recommend it to anyone else. But the service and prices were so great I am just going to have to...

Google maps took me to the Walmart was able to get packing materials but if there was a fedex store nearby I could not find it.
