Very easy to follow workouts. For someone like myself who didn’t know where to start or what to work out on. They’ve made it so simple and so fun. And the coaches are always a blast, they will push you, but only to better you and always in a fun way.

F45 is awesome. I just switched gyms and it’s the best decision I could have made! I’m burning an incredible amount of calories every day. The coaches are great and I haven’t walked out yet feeling like my workout was lacking.

I started working out here a couple months ago and I’m officially addicted. This location is easily accessible, always clean, and has some of the friendliest coaches in town. In addition to the workouts being challenging, they always change it up so you don’t get bored. I highly recommend.

Not an angry review, just an informational one. As somebody who has been personally training commercially and independently for 5 years; the training model is fantastic. The Environment, so energetic and encouraging. Everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time and the workouts are effective. However, I recently applied to an open position they had as a trainer, with a full resume clearly stating my experience- uncertified, yet extensive with a page of recommendations and referrals. The position stated that a personal training certification was preferred, not required. After being 20 minutes late to the initial interview phone call, I was asked to come in and try a class for further evaluation. Upon my arrival, they stated that they could not hire me as a trainer due to my lack of certification, but very happy to try and sell me a membership and a trial in the meantime. The business model and the people were all extremely friendly, however you should not try and sell someone a membership on the precedence of a job interview. The fact that they very much knew of my credentials, knew they would not be able to hire me, and wanted to induce me to walk in the door to put me as a prospect and sell me, I find very insulting. I would've very much so preferred a rejection letter due to my lack of credentials instead of wasting my time. Again this is nothing to do with the workouts, or the business model, but more of a lack of professionalism. I do not hate on gyms that require certifications, but they should not advertise themselves otherwise to lure in potential prospects. Everyone was extremely friendly, and complimented me extensively. I hope this mistake is not made again.
