We recently moved, and the movers took apart our Ethan Allen bed and lost all the hardware! Even though Ethan Allen does not manufacture this model any more, a representative took the time to find the needed parts for us and ship them to us. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome.

The regretful furniture purchased ever from Ethan Allen Reno, Nevada . The fabric pillows and cushion are not comfortable. The pillows filler (inserts) was not full and fluffy. They looks to have been designed by an inexperienced craftsman. This $8000.00+ sofa and three bar stools purchase needs redoing. Susanne was my salesman interior representative. She did not deliver classic and comfort design I was expecting to receive. Unsatisfied customer!!!

So happy with our bedroom sitting area chairs and side table! The chairs are literally the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in! And they are beautiful!

The showroom is well set-up and sales associates were extremely helpful without being solicitous I like their design options. I found the furniture to be quite lovely and stylish although it comes at a premium, although I'm cheap I can see the value in the services that they provide

This review describes business I have had with Ethan Allen over a year in length, so I feel like I have a genuine handle on Ethan Allen Reno, how they treat customers and what their products are like: 1. Products: Fine Quality. Sturdy. Beautiful. Very well made. Large selection, gorgeous fabrics. 2. Customer service: FANTASTIC! Here is my story-- a year ago I decided I wanted a custom reading chair for my bedroom. I picked out a chair online & went into Ethan Allen's huge Reno showroom & tried it out. The chair seemed perfect for me-- it rocked forward & back & glided/swiveled around. OHHH! So wonderful. The sales lady spent 2 hours with me while I chose the material to cover my perfect chair. I decided to have it treated so no stain would ever mar it. I was very excited. The chair arrived and looked GREAT in my bedroom. It rocked and swiveled but pretty soon I realized I had chosen the wrong chair because I am tall and have arthritis and the chair, although it saved me twisting to pick something up, was just too short for me. I loved the chair but it was not perfect for me. After ONE YEAR it occurred to me phone Ethan Allen. The manager was available. Cristal!! Cristal told me that even though it had been over a year she did not want a customer to be unhappy. She invited me down to speak to her and to find a chair more suitable for me. Indeed, we went to Reno Ethan Allen and met with Cristal, the manager who helped us personally. I selected another wonderful chair that swiveled and rocked but this time had a higher back, better for my neck. The floor model was ok but I really wanted a new chair with the exact same fabric as my original chair. And the wonderful manager, Cristal, said "sure" and arranged a trade in at very low cost. This is after ONE YEAR. Who does that?? For retail to have a showroom where you can sit in and test out furniture, select custom fabric from a huge wall of options and then EXCHANGE A CHAIR AFTER ONE YEAR!!?? Reno Ethan Allen has proven they not only sell the finest custom furniture but they truly have the BEST customer service !! Reno Ethan Allen and Cristal have our business for life.

Reno Ethan Allen is my favorite local furniture store, being family owned means I'm supporting my community. I go in to see what's new every couple of months and I always find something I love. The staff is always welcoming and helpful even when I just need a small accessory.
