Eric has been our insurance agent for years. He and his staff are always so helpful and kind. He takes the extra time to run many scenarios and to explain all options and recommendations in great detail. We can't say enough good things about our insurance agent & staff. They really are the best.

I called the office as our car battery was dead and needed emergency services. They sent a tow truck immediately and problem solved! We have been with State Farm (Eric Delgadillo) for many years (20+) and they have always provided excellent customer service. This is one of those rare offices that actually have a live person that answers the phone, not those annoying voice mail messages you have to leave. Excellent customer service!
