My daughter stored all of her belongings here from UNR over the summer. The place is very clean and well maintained and the employees are amazing! They are very friendly, accommodating, and are quick to help. Excellent customer service!

Very accommodating staff and management, they really went out of their way to help facilitate movers when I was in another state. Always very responsive by phone or email. This is not a generic nationally owned storage unit that is impersonal or hard to reach, they are also most reasonable in the fees compared to others in the area, near UNR campus, very clean and friendly. Highly recommend.

They advertise, 24 hour access, (on the side of the building) which is why I went there in the first place. NOPE, WRONG.....!!!!!! Apparently you have to be grand fathered in. I had no choice by then but to go ahead and accept it cause I was loaded and ready to unload so I could get back in time with my next load, which I had to go to Gardnerville for. Not Cool, Super disappointed.
