The Ambassadors do such a great job, the only reason the downtown area isn't overrun with trash and tents is because the Ambassadors work non stop on keeping the area clean and respectful.. Thank you RDP!

I moved to downtown Reno 8 weeks ago to the Montage high-rise. Today I took a walk and came upon a gentleman who introduced himself very professionally as an ambassador to the downtown community. I just wanted to say he was the most professional individual. He gave me a lot of information regarding what he does. And I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have met him today.

I came to Reno yesterday, a windy cold day with freezing temperatures coming at night. By happpistance take shelter at Ambassadors Office. I’m told I can’t huddle there with my Easel and giant backpack!But, like the photo of the blooming trees in their arbors out Come Women of such Beauty and Kindness.They made sure I was warm and fed last night. This morning getting me a ticket home to Monterey, CA( although budgets are low).They all went to such care to even bring food for the bus trip…I draw Caricatures for a living. And, These ambassadors to Reno are truly why I draw!

Hats off to this organization; specifically Eric, Jose and Anika. These three are professional, hard working individuals who truly care about downtown Reno and the many people they serve.I also must mention Chris, who helped co-ordinate a recent project with this team.I was thoroughly impressed by each of these persons, as well as the overall mission of this organization.

They've been harassing me in front of the movie theater downtown when the manager of said movie theater said I was perfectly fine to sit by the downtown movie theater.
