These poor employees!! Incredibly understaffed. I don't see how they can get anything done...does corporate even care??? ....I waited in line to request balloons, I had to wait for the cashier to finish the line BEHIND me to just get the balloons, and then WAIT IN LINE AGAIN to purchase the balloons. These two ladies are hard workers, polite, and staying past their shifts to help. But they are not set up for success. This service, plus rising prices...this is my last time in a dollar tree.

Rudest cashiers possible, 3 employees standing around and walked away as soon as I tried to make a purchase. Store constantly dirty and out of stock of basic items. No longer worth the time to stop at this location.

Sooo after getting ourselves a puppy earlier in the am it was a must to go pick up some little items for the little ! The service was good. The two cashiers were very friendly. One assisted another as I assume she was newer. They have a small little pet section so my girls and their friend who also got a new puppy picked some really cute things. It's the $1 store so clearly reasonably priced!

I'm no fan of having to use public restrooms, but when nature calls its do or die lol. I have a new medical condition I'm dealing with that I sought their restroom and was met with a locked door. No signage, so I thought I should approach the front to ask for a key for restrooms. One of the cashier ladies said they do not have public restrooms anymore. I looked at her dumbfounded. "No restrooms for your shoppers?" and she just shook her head "no, we don't have restrooms for the public anymore..." I set my (full) basket down and walked out. I had no choice but to go next door to Winco to use their's and truthfully I didn't truly need the items I came here for, not especially after this. Way to care for your customers. I don't really care if there were others who ruined it for the rest of us why you keep your customers from using your restrooms but it's not only very inconvenient, but for those of us with medical conditions, it's highly frustrating. The store is unkept and dirty anyway. I've been to nicer and better organized Dollar Trees both in town and in California. This store location in no way is making a good look for itself.

I like dollar tree. But I don't like starting my Sunday with a store employee literally growling at me. I think she was mad because someone asked to use the bathroom. Frustrating.

I went to Dollar Tree this week and heard an elderly couple ask to use the restroom and was shocked when I heard the cashier refuse to give them the key forcing them to leave to find a restroom without finishing their shopping. I was upset and asked why we're no longer allowed to use the restroom and they said they didn't know why. This is despicable. So if you're elderly, have children or bladder/bowel problems avoid this Dollar Tree in the future.

I went to this dollar tree store this week as I often do. This is the first time I saw the store fully stocked, and well organized. Lots of staff, finally, loading up the shelves. I don't know how they treat the staff or how the corporation treats the managers but kindness goes a very long way for moral and profits.

Absolutely the most horrible dollar tree I've ever step foot in. This store is so incredibly unorganized . And is the most unstocked store I think I've ever seen in my entire life no joke! This store is also such a disaster. Everything is everywhere and we're talking every aisle. The store in general is such a mess! I live less than 10 minutes away from this dollar tree, and I will no longer go back there. I will definitely drive to a better store. Don't waste your time here.

Used to be the best location in Reno to shop, but NOT anymore! I used to drive across town just to go to this location, but my experience today has changed that, for sure. After arriving with my handicapped mother, I asked an employee (a new one that I had never seen before) if I may use the restroom. She proceeded to look me up and down and then said, "It's closed." It was blatantly obvious that she was lying to me, but I had no choice but to leave my handicapped mother alone and run to WinCo to use theirs. Not only did that happen, but the store is just GROSS now. Tons of merchandise on the floor (for customers to have to step on or around and hope they don't slip/fall), empty shelves, boxes everywhere, yet nobody stocking the shelves, etc. There's a fairly new employee named River that's sweet and helpful, but other than that, this location is just in shambles and pretty disgusting.

I love this store. The cleanest and most stocked store I have gone too. Everyone of the employees are amazing and very helpful also super nice. They go above and beyond to help their customers.

My go to store close by n has what I need. The mgr n employees are super nice n helpful when I can't find something. I'll go here to get things when I need to stock up.
